The location was great, near 2 metro stations, one tram station and bus stations that you could go anywhere you wanted. The neighboorhood was very safe and nearby were many shops, 2 mini markets and restaurants for breakfast/lunch. Of course I must mention Francesco, our host, who was amazing very kind and willing to explain us everything before we even arrive at the hotel! As we arrived he explained us everything we should see and showed us the best ways to visit the sites of Rome from a map. I travelled with my parents that was their first time abroad and they had a great experience! I totally recomend the place!

Francesco was the nicest host we ever met! After a long and exhausting trip, we needed someone to be helpful and kind and that’s exactly what we got! The location is fantastic, so close to the colosseum, bus stops, metro, great trattorias. The room was super clean and comfortable after a long day of exploring Rome. The building had an old charm about it which we loved a lot.

The only thing which was a problem for us was the sounds coming from adjacent rooms :( They were super disturbing. Thats the only complain we had!

The owner was friendly and helpful. We could check in in the morning, so we didn't have to carry our packages or run to our afternoon program. It has a good location from where you can walk to the center or get to the Metro.

We had problems with the key of the main gate, it was hard to open. We had no breakfast so we bought some food in a nearby store, but the room didn't have cutlery, so making our sandwiches was almost impossible.

It's very close to the colosseum. There are plenty of restaurants and mini markets in the area. Safe neighborhood. It was easy to go there from termini, and the owner helped us with the busses. Also, he gave us a map of the city center and useful information. There is no breakfast, but you will find a coffee machine and coffee capsules, which is very good.

The broken pavement jn the area. But the municipal authority is responsible for this, not the owner.

Very convenient location to visit Rome. Colosseo pretty close. Francesco, the owner, is super friendly and kind. All is done to make you feel comfortable and warmly welcome. Rooms are simple but well furnished and clean. Flexibility on arrival and departure time is the cherry on the cake. I strongly recommend this place! Grazie tantissimo Francesco. A presto! Laurence

The location the cleanliness the welcome and the simplicity of the check in, departure and communication. The facilities above our expectations for the fantastic location and price. The owner was a hero and so supportive and helpful with all our requests nothing was too much trouble.

We could not fault the accommodation in any way ( and trust me I’m fussy) for what you pay and where it is and the staff it’s fantastic value for money

Our host was very helpful and friendly. He spoke excellent English. The location is good. Close to the Colosseum and Palatine Hill/Forum and a metro or bus ride to the Vatican (or you could walk if energetic). Good choice of restaurants nearby and some small food shops. The area felt safe. The room is fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. It has a kettle, a coffee machine and a small fridge. There is a good sized bathroom with a shower. It suited us well as we were out most of the time enjoying Rome and the lovely weather so what we needed and what we got was a comfortable place to shower and sleep.

Location is amazing, just walk few minutes you can reach Colosseum, which is exactly what I want. It’s also very convenient to go to other places in Rome by taking public transportation. Francesco is very friendly, he gave us a lot of good advices about traveling in Rome, he also gave us a map. It’s quiet at night, street is safe, I’m very happy about our trip in Rome! Thank you!

Francesco met us early and allowed us use of the room. He was most helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was very big. Coffee was available too. We knew the area as had been in Rome before. Easy access to Colosseum and lots of other sites.

It was all fine, not luxury but good for Rome at the price

Location of this apartment was simply brilliant, you can see Colosseum just by the end of the street, not to mention close metro station and buss stops. The room was very specious and cleaned every day. The stuff was amazing as well. It really worth the money comparing all aspects. They were so nice to leave our luggage after the check out as we had later flight back home.

The only cons we found was a low water pressure in the shower and sewage smell. But we fully understand this is an issue of the older building and they cant really fix it.
