We did not eat breakfast it was too expensive. The parking is terrible only a few parking spaces and if you get lucky you may be able to park inside the gate or you have to park outside the gate or across the street which is not good.I did not like the soap it was very small not enough for two people. I can say that the room was very clean and spacious. The young lady I think her name was Elaine or Yvonne I hope I have her name correctly ,that checked us in and took us to our room was very nice and friendly and welcoming. I am glad that I am still young to have to walk up all the steps to check in may not be good for older couples or someone who is disabled. I hope you will consider getting an elevator or move the check in desk to the ground area to make check in process available for all guests!! As well as lower your prices for breakfast .Just a little food for thought

Ms. Elaine was awesome from the time of booking to checkout. She assisted with securing reputable transportation. When we arrived, one of our rooms did not have air conditioning. She moved us to an upgraded room. Her hospitality and professionalism were on point. All of the staff were pleasant. I felt safe at the hotel and will return as a solo traveler. I would definitely recommend the Boardwalk Village for their extreme hospitality, safe environment, and the value and cost.

My only disappointment was that the restaurant did not serve ackee during my stay. However, someone in my group purchased a can of ackee at the airport for me because she knew that would complete my to do list for this trip. So it all ended well!

Price of meals. We had to go out to get affordable meals.

We had a good stay, and compared to the all-inclusives that surround it, saved $1,000's for the same beach and sea. They have a great huge water trampoline to bounce off of. Everything was very clean and safe. Good air conditioning.

A couple of kayaks to use would be nice. The restaurant prices are high and to get to other places to eat involves an expensive taxi ride. Water pressure in the room was very weak. Above the bar/restaurant is a great big empty space which would be perfect for a pool table/ping pong table/game area which would be a nice addition.

Had to stay over due to the hurricane and moved from the large resort to this one to ride it out and this was the best decision. The staff was so amazing! They made sure everything was good for guests before during and after. We really didn't lose any utilities and the restaurant was back open by morning. By the end of the day the property was all cleaned up. No evidence a storm even happened. Beautiful property food was good. The location could not have been more perfect. If staying on a beach is your thing! My favorite fish was curry chicken, that was so fire! Fresh made and authentic.

Nothing really, but these things could be better. Bed comfort was a 7 out of 10. (Normal for Jamaica) Since it was locally owned I think food choices could have been better. 7.8 out of 10. Most everything was tasty though. A little inconsistent, we ordered fish 3x and got 3 completely different versions. Booking showed a meal plan on the reservation while staying there but this was not the case and when asked about it they didn't know what it was. So I spent more than expected on food. Again glad it was available on site though and delicious. The shower was weird it ran extremely hot, hard to get the right temp. None of this will prevent me from staying there again.

Great hotel. The room was big and very clean. Sweet patio. A minute from the beach front. Toddler friendly.

Unfortunately you could hear the tv from the room next door. Overall the staff were super friendly and helpful but there were a couple of unfriendly members of staff working at the bar. Even though we paid 100 US dollars for a taxi to the airport, the taxi driver was late, wasn’t apologetic and drove crazy.

Food was very good. The staff was overall lovely and very friendly and welcoming. The location was a bit distant from some of the "action" in Negril. However, Gart taxi and tours were always available to take us to any destination we desired and they were very helpful and reasonably priced. Comfortable chaisses on the beach and good service by the staff there, as well. Lunch and beverages could be brought to us at the beach.

It was the most adorable hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cooled (with both air conditioning and a fan). The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was good (breakfast was not included, but the breakfast menu was rich enough). In the hotel, there was also a well-stocked souvenir shop. The beach was clean and comfortable - sunbeds and umbrellas were included with no extra charge. As it was not high season (mid-June), it was quiet.

In the evening, the water in the shower was extremely hot and it was not possible to make it colder.
