Everything was on point. From the security guard at the front (female) to the receptionist and the guy who took our bags to the room, onward. The place is clean, refreshing and so homely. The food was amazing and the restaurant staff was superb, especially Oniel. He played dominoes with us and made us feel a sense of belonging. Definitely coming back. A very elegant place to be.

Quiet, clean, relaxing, beautiful property, fantastic staff

For a luxury hotel, hot water and water pressure were low, not surprising given the state of municipal water distribution in Jamaica at the current time Pool water level was lower than expected The pool floaties were really old and stained, did not fit the general ambience of the hotel

Stunning place, gives solid White Lotus vibes. Amazing rooms, impressive main building, lovely (multiple) swimming pools, with many more places to sunbathe than there were guests. Astonishingly comfortable (and huge) bed. Ruthless air conditioning if you want it ;) The view from the seaside bar is something that doesn't get old - endless Caribbean sea, mixture of fishing & sailing boats and lots of seabirds. There are a couple of nearby hotels with exceptional restaurants if you get bored of the one in the hotel.

Not much variety in the restaurant if you're staying for a week. The meal packages are deeply confusing (e.g. there's a lot not included in the breakfast deal) and not great value vs a la carte. That's about it, everything else is lovely.

Everything! The location was so picturesque and tranquil - exactly like the pictures. It was simply the perfect stay and we were also lucky to spend time there when it wasn’t at all busy which made it feel like we basically had the place to ourselves. Working out in the gym and then going for a morning dive off the cliffs into the ocean was just glorious. Our kids loved everything about it too. Extra special thanks to Sophia looking after us in the restaurant, super service and magical food on the most beautiful sunset terrace. We’ll definitely be returning and already looking forward to it.

Honestly, it just felt perfect - no complaints at all.

Words would not do justice to my experience at this hotel. We celebrated our 20th anniversary which will be unforgettable. Excellent cuisine that I would rate a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Staff professional, helpful and courteous. Our experience was exceptional as I have been sharing with friends and family.

My short stay. I wouldn’t say that I did not like it but I would have preferred, would have loved a deeper salt water pool.

Its location and situation relative to the Caribbean Sea (and some distance from the large resorts of Negril) and its staff.

Limited Vege food choices at dinner.

Really nice hotel, the place was supposedly full but you’d never know! Felt like we were the only guests there. V peaceful. Staff attentive, pool great (and empty!), only had a few meals in but they were v nice.

Not a lot!

The property was small but well kept. The cliff area was magnificent. It was on the west end and on the more quiet side of Negril. But it was close to Rick’s cafe and the pool area was beautiful and the room was nice.

The Cliff hotel was amazing, my partner and I can't stop talking about how wonderful the place is, even my 3 year old had an amazing time. The scenery was lovely, the decor all over the hotel and the room were beautiful. The room we stayed in was big and beautiful, wouldn't change anything. It was just simply home away from home. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly even the ones that was just passing by. They are very helpful as well. I remember the night when we arrived we decided to go to the pool and was bringing our room towels and a staff member told us that there should be towels by the pool and she went out of her way to ensure that they were still towels there and found us and gave them to us. After checking out we decided to stay awhile to enjoy the pool and a gentleman, not sure if he was the manager or supervisor gave us a room to put down our stuff and to even shower after. That showed us how much they look out for their guests. Simone who did my mani and pedi did an excellent job as well, I loved the service she provided. The rooms were clean, bathroom were updated and looking amazing, bed was so comfy you will just fall asleep in no time. Everything was functional. The food we ordered for breakfast and dinner for the 3 of us was 10/10. The presentation was wonderful, they all tasted great, the portion was great as well. The Cliff hotel is where you would go to relax, chill and entertain yourself with all the activities you can do on property like the pool, dart, connect 4, pool volleyball and other games provided. It's just peaceful. It's not a big hotel with lots of stuff going on but you can make the best of it with your traveling partners.

There is nothing I would say I didn't like, because even though you have to pay for your meals, you have the option to eat outside of the hotel. But you have to atleast try one meal from the hotel to experience their food. You will surely get a belly full.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were generous in size. The staff was amazing. The view was amazing. I loved the attention to detail. The spa staff were incredible. Carolyn was so sweet along with her other partner (sorry can’t remember her name). We loved it so much we extended our stay. We will come back.
