We stayed here for 5 nights while we visited Expo 2025. We chose this particular hotel because it was close (only 10 min walk) to Bentecho station of the Chuo Line and also to Bentecho JR station from where we could easily reach Kansai Airport. The hotel has an insteresting style, with vinyl music player in every room. There is everything you need, the staff was young and really kind, welcoming. Our stay was overall a good experience.

The breakfast wasn't that rich, but it wasn't bad either, we could fill our bellies before a long day of Expo. It is more like a sandwich breakfast with toastbread, croissant, ham, cheese, omelette, tomatoes. Coffee and juice also. Maybe some cereals could be added. It was not a negative thing, but be prepared that it won't be that rich kind of breakfast hotels usually have.

The Hotl She has a very friendly helpful staff. In addition to very nice rooms, they offer a happy hour of non alcoholic drinks in the lobby. The location is great, a short walk from Bentencho Station. We were able to visit Nara and Osaka Castle as well as Dotonbori easily by Train and subway Universal studios is also easy to get to from Bentencho. We also got to the airport fairly easily. There are a number of good restaurants there within a very short walk from the hotel as well as convince stores and a Starbucks at Bentencho Station.

The hotel was very convenient in location. Only around a 5min walk from the nearest station which was a station away from the one that takes you to USJ. The hotel is small and with a retro vibe, but it was very clean and simple. The room was very comfortable for two people. We booked a double room. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially for me. I had a swollen ankle and had to ask for ice every day for my ice pack and they were very kind. The hotel was also walking distance to konbinis and great food places nearby.

The pillows were stupidly hard. It was uncomfortable to sleep in. The breakfast had little to no variety. Its mostly salad, fruits, and bread. So that was disappointing for me as I don't like fruits or salads. I wouldn't recommend booking with breakfast included. Better off buying breakfast at a konbini nearby. The hotel also offers food like shakes and pizza, but the pizza choices were odd for us. I would prefer they had regular cheese/margherita pizza as an option.

Stayed at the hotel for a few days, choosing the place for the good price and the proximity to Bentencho station. It is indeed within a short walk from the station, and there are lots of convenience stores nearby. The hotel turned out to be a very interesting one, with music theme. The staff were very nice. Overall, a great stay. The room was nice as well, although a bit tiny. The bathroom was good sized however, with a bathtub big enough to be actually used as a bathtub. There's a record player in the room, and a collection of records both in the room and in the lobby. I tried out multiple unfamiliar records, and it was a lovely addition to the stay. The player was decently sounding as well. The windows can be opened for ventilation. Wi-fi worked well in the room. On the first floor where there's a lobby and breakfast there's also evening bar with free drinks and popcorn, but haven't tried those. There are multiple washing-drying machines, can't recall the number how many, but in any case they weren't crowded at all. The breakfast is a bit unconventional but enjoyable, more western, and with stuff like avocado and kiwi available at the buffet.

The room is a bit tiny, and if I were to nitpick I'd point on frosted windows as opposed to transparent ones, but this might be the room's thing, and there isn't much of a view anyway. The bedsheets were also prone to becoming undone. Wasn't very keen on "edgy" stuff like stickers sold at the lobby, but it's a personal preference.

Price, love the local and cheap restaurants nearby, friendly staff, convenience of a kitchen, individually controlled air-conditioning system, cool to have a record player in the room. Good water pressure for shower. Got 2 supermarkets nearby within 10 mins walk but the one beside the station has way more items and choices.

Room is a bit too dark for my liking, no scenery so dont expect one, beds are really small for foreigners, anyone can access the elevator without an access card, 10 mins walk from/to the bentencho train station so if you have heavy shopping bags or luggage then......

Every aspect of our stay was outstanding. Really loved the thoughtful curation of the decor and record player theme. The lobby area was inviting and was also a space where local artists exhibit their work which was very cool to see! Super chill vibes and a great space to have a chat with fellow guests and listen to music. This place would be the digital nomads dream! The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange baggage delivery service to our next stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Bentencho station through a quiet neighbourhood. A few different konbini options nearby which is great. I will definitely be coming back here, and to top it all off, it was very affordable.

Room 10/10, Staff were always very helpful 10/10 Location only a stones throw from the station 10/10. Breakfast and food were top quality, order a pizza you won't regret it 🤘🤘✌️✌️

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and felt very comfortable. The staff is very young, extremely friendly and accommodating. My room was big enough and was cleaned every 3 days, which I think is sufficient. I didn't use the record player in the room but it was nice to see one again. The Hotel SHE is not in the center and to get to the sights you have to take the metro. But there is a metro station just 10 minutes away on foot. 3 stops to Nambra and you are already in the middle of the action. There are lots of small shops nearby, just 2-3 minutes away. Almost around the corner. There is a large shopping center at the metro station and there is also a Burger King there if you are hungry in a hurry. There are also a few other small shops and trash cans there. These are often very rare. You can also get your laundry done. 300 for the laundry, 100 for the dryer. So if you don't mind staying somewhere not quite so central but good and cheap, this is the place for you.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The atmosphere was charming, and the gramophone in my room was a nice touch that added character. The staff were always friendly and ready to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to others.

The room was cosy, typical for Japan, but it felt a bit small. The air conditioning was right above our bed, so it got a little chilly at times. I picked this hotel mainly because of its great price, and I didn’t think much about the location. It turned out to be quite a distance from the station, so we had a bit of travel to reach the main attractions and the Shinkansen station. The only real disappointment was breakfast; for the price, there was hardly anything served. You would be better off going to the local 7-Eleven.

The room is super cute and although it's small, it's very well designed and thought out. The little sofa is a nice touch if you need to work a bit. The amenities products are absolutely fabulous! I didn't used my own while I stayed there. The lobby space is also great, I really like the place and I'm super happy with my choice. Would stay again! Also: bonus appreciation points for the washers and dryers on my floor! YAY!
