Breakfast was nice and fresh , it was drinks, sauseges, and bread, it is pretty enough to eat Room was smaller then i expected but for one person it is ok Stuff was friendly plugs are different ( I dont know it is in all Japan or only at that hotel), but stuff gave me Japanese ones and i could change my phones and comvinient store is very very close i liked (especially at night)

Edogawa area is far from Shibuay, Ueno park and the center, people who dont know Tokyo well it will be uncomfortable to go every day to the center. but if your goal is Disney land is pretty close. Subway is pretty close Unconvinient thing may be that at breakfast time even at 6 am every day were many kids (baseball teams) and to eat in peiceful atmosphere was difficult

While it's a bit outside main Tokyo, it's highly accessible using the subway. Use the Tozai Line, which will stop at Nishiki-Kasai Station and if you use the SOUTH Exit, it's less than 3 minutes to the hotel. The staff are polite and super helpful. Some speak great English so there were no problems communicating. Even the non-English speaking staff were super helpful and went out of their way to make sure they accommodated you. I was honestly surprised at how complete this hotel was. Our room was spacious enough for 3 people. (We're small though so it might be a tight squeeze for some.) It has a microwave, washer/dryer (which we used almost daily), fridge, sleepwear, slippers, utensils, cooktop, and ample closet space. It's a little tight to open the suitcases, but we made do. (Just use your bed.) The elevators were fast so it never really got crowded even during morning breakfast. Free coffee and toiletries in the lobby. (It was great coffee too!) Restaurants and malls were within a short walking distance. There were also accessible parks if you want to relax. Family Mart is across the street for quick bites or drinks. We didn't go to Disneyland since we've been there before, but it's only a short bus ride away from this hotel. There were a lot of families with young kids when we were there and this could be the reason. Definitely happy with our stay here. We stayed for 7 days and it was comfortable. The beds were great and the pillows weren't too soft. They also accommodated luggage transport, both hotel to hotel and hotel to airport. You can use either their hotel service or book with Airporter. It's so convenient.

Since we stayed for a week, the breakfast became redundant. It might be best to eat out a few mornings outside if you're staying long because they serve the same thing every day. (The consomme soup was delicious though!) Nothing else to complain about. It's an excellent hotel with great value for your money.

Great breakfast, the staff was very understanding and polite - although not all of them spoke English, they went above and beyond to communicate with us. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is walk distance from the Nishi Kasai station and is located in a peaceful and quiet area. The hotel did help send our luggage to another location, which also showed the good service from the staff. Our room had a fridge and a microwave.

The room was pretty standard and a typical Japanese small bedroom. Overall the bedroom looked decent, although it felt like it needed a renewal. The carpet had a few stains, and you could see the wear on some parts of the room. The location in Nishi Kasai is not the best since its around 20-40 minutes away from the center of Tokyo. However, the stay was ruined when we found two cockroaches in the room. Additionally, one of the new/clean pajamas was torn pretty badly in the groin/bottom, which made us think that they didn't even check what kind of clothes they were giving. We spoke with the staff, who promptly changed our room to a slightly bigger room, but we could tell that the new room was closed for a while due to the smell.

The room was immense, really comfortable and with a view (from afar) on the SkyTree. I could also spot the Tokyo Tower on clear days. It was a quiet area rather close to the station, and easy to access to. A really comfortable stay for us, with the bonus point of the mini kitchen and washing machine in the room. That helped a lot! Staff were all very nice and lovely too!

Breakfast didn't have a lot of choice - a tad more western than I was expecting. More veggies would have been nice... The hob in the room can only be used with kitchenware... which is not available in the room - I'll know for next time! Still a nice stay though!

It's basically 50 mins away from shinjuku by train but a lovely place with great, welcoming staff and a lovely japanese breakfast and free coffee/hot chocolate whenever you need. Delightful quiet neighborhood with lovely gardens around and there's a casino around the corner if that's your thing! Heated toilet seat! Something i didn't know I needed.

I was too far away from the city. I think I underestimated the distance but I had books, music and the serenity of Japanese train etiquette to keep me sane and safe.

The room was a good size, with a single and double bed, and the bathroom was adequate. Hand-wash was provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were also provided as well as body cloths. The rooms were serviced each day unless you asked them not to, and they made the beds up really lovely and always replaced everything that was on the bed before, very neatly. The hotel lobby had a hot drink machine which made tea, coffee and hot chocolate which was ok. There was also a vending machine. The hotel is situated in a really convenient spot within walking distance of Nishi kasai station and plenty of shops.

The beds were quite hard and it took a couple of nights to adjust to them. We were given towels but only one bath towel and one tiny hand towel each, so we had to ask for more each day. The washer/dryer washed the clothes well but the dryer took ages and the machine kept over heating. Although the room was serviced each day, it was never vacuumed or dusted in the two weeks we stayed.

Room was really tiny but we expected that from Tokyo. Train station was 10 minutes away by food. Staff was helpful and friendly. They did not speak English but we could communicate. Breakfast was basic. There is free coffee next to reception. Neighborhood was nice. Close to some restaurants and convinience stores. And very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.

There are really few power outlets in the room. It was a bit difficult since we shared the room with my friend and we have multiple gadgets.

The place is fantastic! Although it’s in the city center, it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing! There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, making it super convenient. We stayed here during the Tokyo Game Show, and getting around was a breeze since the train station is just a few minutes' walk away. For those driving, the hotel provides ample parking space, which made it easy for us to leave the car behind and explore more of the area by train. It’s also really easy to locate. The hotel itself is clean, with a straightforward layout. I especially loved the open courtyard design, it creates a relaxing atmosphere and avoids the cramped feeling typical of some hotels. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped with toiletries, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely view and a delicious breakfast, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t have time to check if there’s an onsen, it would certainly be a wonderful addition to an already great experience. All in all, our stay was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Extremely good value for money. Nice location, friendly stuff, clean rooms. Daily room service (perhaps common in JPN, not sure). We had technical issue at late evening, immediately solved by helpful desk staff (not so obvious as it seems). Location rating depending on requirements, for us perfect. Quiet area, FamilyMart across the street. Lot of really local restaurants at/close to nearby metro station with very wide offer.

"Groundhog day" breakfasts, little differentation in case of longer stay would be much appreciated :) But as wrote earlier - value for money is really very good.

The hotel has excellent and polite staff. The rooms are the same as in the description. Very clean as cleaning is done every day. The breakfast is delicious and filling, I didn’t get tired of it after 7 days (but the choice of food did not change all these days). The area is excellent, there are many restaurants, cafes, a market, a grocery store 10 meters from the hotel. I recommend visiting, excellent price-quality ratio.
