the staff (especially the bar staff) are sooooooo nice! the hotel is also right on the beach and it is beautiful!

the water pressure was bad and it was really hard to have a shower. after being on the beach and having sand in places sand shouldn’t be you really wanted to have a wash. this was reported on several occassions but it don’t really improve. this also meant you couldn’t always flush the toilet. the food was mediocre but there are local places to eat instead. i would have liked an all inclusive option, even though the food wasn’t great we spent a lot of our time venturing out to get food and so it would have been nice to be able to get food and drink there. also we had a room that looked out onto a yard that wasn’t very nice to look at. it was fine but perhaps they could do some work to this land??

The room and buffet was exceptional House cleaning was so polite Front desk was polite and responsive to my needs I'll definitely return I'll tell all my friends and work I'll return soon The chef was so great he remembered my breakfast eggs just how I ordered the day before

Last two days I had a noisy neighbor who talked loud and I could hear them come in at 3 am in the morning There was a party and the music was disturbing for me ...

The hotel was situated strategically with restaurants and shops within a few meters from each other. A sprawling building situated on Rockley Beach, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. It had several swimming pools for good measure. Memorable stay for me and my family. Very clean room, clean towels and bath facility. Good value for money. Can't wait to return one day.

Some of the furniture was a bit dated. The wooden panels that covered the sliding doors, specifically. Not too much of a problem as it added a vintage touch to our experience overall.

We only stayed for one night when we arrived. We took a bus from the airport which dropped us off outside the hotel and cost only 3.50BD each. Hotel was dated but comfortable. I was travelling with a friend and we had a room with two double beds which were very comfortable. We paid for breakfast at the property which was perfectly ok and well cooked but nothing special. All the staff were very friendly and polite. One very nice touch was that we were given a voucher upon arrival for a welcome rum or fruit punch drink which we had at their beach bar that night. The best thing about the hotel was the swimming pool which was large with a separate area for children. My friend had to do some work and was able to use the business facilities at the hotel. I can't really comment on the area around the hotel as we were only here for one night.

The only disappointment was the bathroom in which the shower was difficult to turn on and didn't get very hot. Given that this was a fairly standard tourist hotel, the price for one night was expensive. However, EVERYTHING in Barbados is expensive, especially the taxis.

Great location that was walking distance to restaurants and shops. The beach was accessible and clean. The front desk lady Anika was so incredibly nice.

The water pressure in the shower was pretty low. and the toilet was hard to flush.

Great location and pool area. we were upgraded to an ocean front room with jacuzzi. Loved the buffet breakfast.

Fan didn’t work although aircon worked well would have been nice to have option of fan. we reported it daily maintenance came and was told would be replaced but it wasn’t. we did get a 10% reduction on our bill to compensate.

We stayed in rooms 303 and 304, which had a sea view, so were pretty good rooms. Unfortunately they backed on to the beach car park and there was a very noisy gardener using petrol power tools to tidy the area one morning, at 5am !!! No fault of the hotel though.

We only ate in the hotel once, and that was at the Asian restaurant and to be honest, it wasn't worth the price we paid, as some of the dishes had run out. Pleasant surroundings though, if you don't want to venture out. We originally booked for ten nights and I am glad we didn't stay that long, as there isn't much going on to keep youngsters occupied. We changed to five night and then moved up the coast to another hotel for a change of scenery.

Pricey and ordinary food at Restaurant. Hotel needs some repairs in certain areas .

Nice large room. Super comfortable beds. Perfect location right on Rockley beach which was superb Helpful staff and great facility to shower and dress after checkout and before going to the airport. We didn’t take breakfast.

To be honest I expected worse reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Only negative was that our room had a connecting door so could hear everything our neighbours were doing !!
