Immediately noticeable was, the staff are incredible! Responsive, friendly, and cheerful, I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. We had an issue with the return taxi to the airport, and the staff not only helped us call the taxi company, but even managed to offer us a better priced ride to the airport, immediately! The resort, while not huge, was comfortable, peaceful, and offer a good enough selection of dining options, and activities for a long weekend break. The spa, while petite, has a sizeable menu that cover a lot of options. The fire dance/show was a great way to finish off an evening of chilling.

The surrounding waters are far from pristine, so any water sports you may have planned will need to be done either in the modest outdoor swimming pool, or further offsite. It's not near any malls, or towns with tourist friendly shops, so going into town for a wander is not really an option.

The staff are all friendly & very helpful. Buggy service available 24hrs. The room is spacious. Enjoyed the pool & the beach. Enjoyed a fire show at night at the beach. There are many seafood restaurants nearby for those who want to have it for dinner. It is a very nice place to chill & relax. Met our expectations for the last minute short stay plan. Will definitely come again.

The sofa in the room was not well cleaned. There were food leftovers & an iron stain on the sofa. Requested sejadah for asar prayer & only receive it by maghrib. The bathroom, air conditioner, water heater switches tripped 5 times late at night when we want to use the bathroom. For breakfast, the foods are not much choice & not fresh. The pool was high chlorine, my family had rashes ,itchy & cough after we came back from the stay. Parking is a bit far & dark at night. We need to wait for buggy from parking to lobby & from lobby to room.

1) this is my 2nd time of staying in Avani Goldcoast Sepang and no doubt the breakfast are delicious and varities 2) the buggy service was very good, friendly local staff and cooperative

1) room needs maintenance work as the hand bidet is broken, lamp at the balcony is not functioning, fridge is not working 2) dinner buffet was poor, not as expected 3) security guards are impolite 4) too many flies at breakfast area

Beautiful resort with great and clean facilities. The gym and the pool have the most breathtaking views, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a huge variety of delicious food to choose from, although as for Malaysian standards, the prices in both cafeteria and restaurant are a bit high. The room had a great layout and design, everything was working properly. The resort itself is truly wonderful.

We stayed there for only four nights and that was the best decision ever since the resort is quite far away from everywhere. The beach is completely empty, there's no snack bar / beach lounges / umbrellas etc. so you will just basically stay inside the resort all the time. We we're starting to feel quite bored already on the third day, there's nowhere to walk around the resort so you will be attending the same and only one swimming pool everyday. Overall for just a few days, it's a great experience but I cannot Imagine staying there longer than that.

Breakfast was great due to fact the mix of local and western Cristina. Only issue we found was that last couple of days a lot of dishes were served cold . The staff we will take our hats off too , absolutely friendly , would assist always and always smiling . We would like to give a big thank you to you all and especially our driver to/ from airport - Jeffree, who could not do enough for myself and family . He is a freind for life and will remember him always . There are little things that need doing in our room as fix the roof leak in bathroom but overall it was an excellent stay and again tool staff were excellent, thank you . Your restaurants, especially the Chinese one hai sang Lou was absolutely fantastic and amazing with a very lovable staff followed closely by spoil spoil . Not much not to like other than the little bit of maintenance required

Beautiful large rooms with balconies. Large floor area and seating. Plenty of choice at breakfast All the staff were very friendly and polite.

Very few sunbeds and parasols (thankfully the resort was quiet so this wasn’t a problem for us) It’s not in a central location and Grab isn’t really an option for you to use to spend time away from the resort. If you want to explore more of the area then I’d suggest hiring a car at the airport. Entertainment in the evenings is only at the weekend or a public holiday.

The entire resort was beautiful. Nice Infinity pool, gardens everywhere around the resort were lovely. Great buggy service to get from our room to reception or, nice 10 minute walk. It was a very serene place and at times you never really knew how many people were staying also. Our overwater bungalow was decorated nicely with a large deck to sit at. Sunsets were gorgeous and plenty of vantage points to watch the sun go down.

I felt the temperature of the infinity pool was too warm especially as the temperature was fairly hot when we were here. The resort is really a stand alone in this area and therefore not a lot of places to visit outside of this resort. Beach was not a nice beach to have a swim in sadly (murky Brown water)

Entirely was good unless the buggy style. We have to wait for buggy to go here and there. Breakfast on that day 01.07.2023 was terrible. Idk what happened to the team, this one need huge improvement. Aircond inside cafe also not working, wah panas wooo masa makan😂 staying with 3 kids. Breakfast meal need huge improvement. Rendang was salty.

Morning breakfast was so nice and lot of choices , we are enjoyed the breakfast, the fire show was awesome, environment so beautiful , pool and beach are perfect places for take many pics . we are enjoyed max and sure will come again. i wanna tell something , the baggy drivers ,the van drivers , cleaners,receptionist ,the food server everybody are so polite ,humble ,nice with us with smile faces always even tho they are working 24 hours. good luck for them .

just talk about parking ,i thought can park my car near to the avani entrance for free of charges, but must paid and we must park a bit far for free. its ok anyhow provide van for that ,thanks.
