Staff not friendly, grumpy and not helpful. They lied to us about late check-out (hotel is full which never was). Hotel would need a refresh its kind old and outdated. Furniture, tiles etc. Hotel called us a taxi for a 50€ but taxi driver wanted to scam us and charged us 78€ but we left him 50€ and went to the airport. Rude locals are the worst in Martinique in general. Hotels here are 3-4 times more expensive they should be, but since there is almost no competition at all they charge ridiculous amounts of money for below average service and amenities/rooms.

My stay at the hotel was lovely, but what truly made it unforgettable was the receptionist at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a genuine smile that instantly lifted my spirits after a long day of travel. They weren’t just polite, they were warm, attentive, and truly seemed to care.

The bathroom was a bit of a letdown, the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly refreshed before my arrival. It definitely took away from the overall comfort of the stay.

Staff was friendly. Staff spoke creole, English, and French and was very helpful in finding taxis or providing other information. You can walk from the hotel to town, but few people are seen walking in the area. Taxis to town cost about 10-15 Euro. Staff also helped us arrange a tour with a tour operator. Breakfast was tasty and a wide selection of items was provided. Although my booking stated there would be two twin sized beds, the hotel provided a third. There was an electric kettle, small fridge, and iron on the room.

Had a nice view I could open the windows for fresh air. Very quiet place. Room was very clean, Got clean towels every day. Breakfast was nice I enjoyed it

The lock on the door was a bit troublesome to open The tub is slippery and too high the toilet is too cramped up Room was a bit too small for three beds. My husband did not enjoy his breakfast because three of our four nights stay it was chicken and pork served he does not eat any of these. Pool is way too deep

Friendly staff, decent sized room, toiletries included, nice sized bathroom, long mirror, clean room, big bed, bright room. You can get a bus to town or you can walk. I did both. It’s not far.

My A/C wall temp did not match the in room temperature. I only stayed one night so I tolerated it. There was no water upon checkin 3pm to approx 5:20pm, but this was due to a burst main and not the hotels fault. The pool is TINY.

Breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed it, wide variety of fruits, plenty of options to choose from. Very welcoming staff and very helpful. The room was very clean.

I could not get an adapter to charge my devices ( US- European conversion) at the front desk nor at the La Galleria mall. However, the staff charged my phone for with their own charger which I appreciate.

What made the biggest difference for me was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The two gentlemen at the front desk weren’t very helpful and friendly. Made our stay feel very much at home. Exceptional service from the front desk staff. Breakfast was good but the service from the staff topped it all off. Thanks for have us! Will recommend to anyone 👍🏾

I guess we didn’t know the restaurant was reserved for a particular large group and we had to wait for them to be served before we could have been served. We couldn’t wait as it was after 1:00pm so we ventured elsewhere to have lunch. Also, the bar opens too late; we could have sat and enjoyed a cold drink while we waited for our room, even if we were hungry. Nothing to keep us on property while we waited.

The rooms were very clean and neat. The breakfast was adequate and provided for a daily balance meal. The staff at every aspect of the hotel were very friendly and helpful, at reception, the kitchen staff did a great job, the cleaners did a great job as well. Walking distance to the city. Easy access to the bus service.

The bathrooms (the bathing area) were too small.

The staff at Karibea Squash was very helpful and friendly. The location is good with a wonderful view to the harbor and bay from the poolside and restaurant. It's about a 15-minute walk downtown.

The hotel is starting to be in need of some maintenance and painting. It's simple wear and tear but needs to be addressed. One of the wings was being renovated, so perhaps they are already working on it. The breakfast buffet was good but a bit simple.
