Been to a bunch of all inclusive resorts and this by far has the best food of any we have stayed at. The nice thing is you can go to other sister resorts and eat at their restaurants. Highly recommend getting the french toast from the lookout bar/restaurant. Make sure you stay in the "towers" section, and ask for Itamar to be your butler. He is the best! Oscar and Francisco make some great drinks also at the Peninsula Bar. Make sure to try the drinks at the Airstream. All infused liquors. Let the guys come up with something for you. You won't be sorry.

Really isn't anything that we could say we didn't like. Everything is done very well. Maybe being able to have the same sushi that is at Sunset (Tazuna) as they do at Pescados. That would be my only thing.

Beautiful grounds and landscaping. The view from the room was excellent. Dinner and breakfast options were good. Complimentary shuttles to various locations made for a nice variety in the vacation. The gym was a good size with nice equipment and an excellent view.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The shower had a broken towel rack, but it was fixed quickly. The beach was beautiful, but there's no swimming in the ocean on the Pacific side. Lunch options were limited, and most lunch options started opening after 12:30.

The food in the restaurants was exceptional. The bar service staff around the pool were excellent.

We took the shuttle back to airport after being told it was only picking up at the Sunset and that we would be at airport in 1 hour. The shuttle stopped at 3 other hotels (2 in downtown Cabo), even though we waited for 20 min and no one got in. It was then a mad dash to airport which overall was about an hour and a half ride. I was not impressed as we had a tight plane takeoff time.

Incredible service. The food was also really amazing. The drinks were the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive. The rooms were nice and clean, but not as well furnished or as spacious as some of the other resorts we have stayed at in Mexico.

The beach police was very agressive at not allowing us to simply walk on the beach and put a toe in the water. They blew their whistles at us and followed us telling us to return. We stayed at a resort on the beach so that we could enjoy the beach. I understand that swimming is dangerous, but I would like to be able to walk the beach and not be scolded.

1) variety of facilities keeps you up to explore leisure. 2) Many spots within resort add all variety of corners for social-media-savvy minds. 3) room service was mostly under 15mnts except for early morning coffee. 4) Lobby staff was accommodating for room change to higher floor for better view. Lobby staff helped find out drone flying zones so could shoot excellent ocean views.

1) Lift for Bldg 12 rooms were mostly non-functional. 2) Don't leave valuable unchecked. Lost some cash when mistakenly left backpack at sky-pool and when found same at lost-found counter within 30mnts, it had all important documents except having less cash. Can't point who else to blame ( of course other than me). 3) Booked for Arch glass-boat tour with pacifica concierge that didn't provide much details of tour except handing over pamphlets to read. At the beach, the boat-coordinator sat under umbrella w/o any clear identification. After spending 20mnts on beach to locate him, found the boat left w/o us. So had to put-foot-down to convince to arrange for next hour boat tour.

This is the place to be in Cabo for an all-inclusive adults only vacation. The resort is impeccable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is simply amazing. Drinks are good and plentiful. I highly recommend paying extra for a room in the tower. This gives you but service and access to the private whale watching lounge. We are already planning our next trip back to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica.

The only thing my wife missed was not having water aerobics every morning in the pool.

Beautiful property, excellent food and service! Dolce and Gabriel were amazing and went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Manuel at the pool was exceptional with his service. Manual with activities was super fun and friendly. And Ricardo at the VIP lounge was the best!! We were very happy with our stay and very impressed with the quality of food! We will be back!

The location is quiet and secure, the layout of the resort is easily walkable and everything is close. There are 2 pools - one large and one smaller zero entry. There is also a large outdoor jacuzzi and a smaller lounging area with a water feature - perfect for relaxing and reading. The food is excellent (asian, american, european, casual). Pacifica is part of the Pueblo Bonito collection and you are able to eat and enjoy amenities at all 5 resorts. 3 are located close together and the other 2 are in Cabo proper. The staff could not have been nicer!

Sometimes is was a little too quiet and would have enjoyed more organized activities. They did have a few days of water aerobics and afternoon DJ but it was inconsistent. This is a smaller resort, like 140 rooms, so that may have been part of the explanation. We stayed in the Towers, which gives you more options such as a butler, who is indispensable in making dinner reservations (highly encouraged) and just coordinating everything for you. The thing that was annoying was many of the bars would tell us certain top shelf liquors were an upcharge, which we had to say repeatedly that it was included in our plan. Towers guests have black wristbands so it should have been obvious.

It is very clean and all the staff is friendly. The AC in room is great.

Can’t swim at the beach by the hotel because of rough waters. No activities at this hotel or anything to do other than bars, restaurants, and pool. Have to take shuttles to other sister hotels that had activities. The bed isn’t too comfortable.

Beautiful location. Our butler was wonderful. They worked to resolve any issues promptly. Food in 2 of 3 restaurants we went to was excellent. Rooms were very nice. Liked having a suite. Moved us to a room with desired king bed the second night. Resort is well maintained.

Lettuce in salad from pool bar was beginning to spoil. Didn’t get the king bed requested on the first night. Some rooms don’t have sufficient shade and sun beats in. Would like two sinks in the bathroom. Not enough lounges by pool. People monopolize them & resort allows it. Need more umbrellas by pool. Very high extra charge for gold menu items at peninsula restaurant
