I liked the pool, property was on a beautiful course. A couple of staff there were super nice and friendly

The rooms were dated. When we arrived we got hit by timeshare salesman. Also some of the staff come off rude when we were having issues with our bank blocking our cards when we first arrived. The entrance to the actual property was a really long driveway and there was no way to just walk around and sightsee. It’s not within walking distance of anything really.. Also gym and spa where closed and when we inquired they kinda blew us off. Like “oh well, they are out of service for 2 days” didn’t get a feeling of hospitality. We devastated ever returning to Cabo period.

I liked it's proximity to the Cabo San Lucas Country Club. The pool was beautiful and there was practice putting green close to my room. The wait staff did an excellent job and were quite friendly. The entrance to the hotel had a 24 hour guard station and a secondary check point afterwards. I felt very safe.

The flies in the outdoor restaurant were a bit of nuisance. The waiters brought out a burning incense of citrus and another spice and that helped a bit.

We liked the location for a two night stay before flying back to Canada. The style of the resort is appealing. Staff is very friendly.

Issues with ants in M4 on the kitchen counters. No hot water in shower until the morning we were leaving. We had no water that morning. It was fixed within an hour and then we had hot water. Obviously plumbing needs to be upgraded. Furniture on balcony very uncomfortable.

The rooms are extremelycomfortable and are ready for every situation. The resort is so beautiful so clean and fresh. Like your entering a new building. Everything u need is hear. The staff is friendly and available at any time. Amazing hospitality beautiful place to stay .

Being able to relax with no worries or sales pitch

Not being able to get transportation and that was my only reason for picking this hotel/resort. I won't be staying there just because of the transportation unless we rent a car. This place was a great stay

The staff at this establishment is exceptionally good. We have been staying there for 20 years and the staff has been stable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful especially because they are local and know the resources needed for almost anything from medical to purchasing items.

Some construction was a bit noisy but that will end by next year. With the instability of new ownership we are hoping the current staff will be maintained. Not knowing the future of the facility is disconcerting.

Quiet, not too crowded, the staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful

Drinking water not available. Would be nice if one bottle of drinking water came with the room and additional bottles of drinking water were available for purchase at the front desk.

So far good, room clean excellent facilities

The improvements that the resort has made are amazing. Great chairs! The food is so much better, too.

I loved the architecture and the fact it was not a huge resort. Sitting on the balcony listening to the wind through the palms was mesmerizing. The prices were actually affordable and the food delicious. Hopefully I will be able to return.
