Great ambiance, facilities, and hospitality.

Some of the more popular food options, such as the hibachi restaurant were not accessible. The reservation allotment was extremely limited with only a one hour window for securing a spot and nearly impossible to secure a reservation. As a result we did not get to try it out during our 5-day due to no availability. Also, there wasn’t strict enough enforcement of adult areas/amenities vs children. I understand this is a family friendly resort but often children monopolized many of the large pool areas to include the swim up bars. As an adult, I shouldn’t have to wait for children to clear the area to get a seat at the bar or a drink. They should not be permitted on the bar areas at the pool.

Joel at the beach bar was the BEST! He made up special drinks and chatted with you throughout our trip and was so nice. We sent several other guests his way because his service was BEYOND AMAZING!

Sadly, some of the bar tenders at the swim up bars were not friendly. We were told no a few time when asking for drinks and met another couple who had the same experience. We also wished we were able to get drinks before 10am like a mimosa with breakfast.

The restaurants were not that great but OK . Yet the Fusion place had ups and downs. My wife , my daughter and I ordered 3 different dishes. 2 of them were not eatable. Pork chop was pure fat. My daughter got lucky though. Her dish was just fine.

love the location and love the over all look of the whole resort, staff was very attentive and polite they went over and above since I was traveling with my spouse who was a new mother they accommodated helping her freeze pumped milk so all in all very helpful

I think they could benefit from a reservation system for the restaurants there were long wait constantly and some restaurants where almost impossible to even get a table

Loved - the different pools and vibes - hibachi restaurant - cleanliness

- the poor dolphins being held captive at the beach for human entertainment - the jet-ski renters riding close to shore and creating so much sound pollution - the volume of the music at the main pool - the quality of the DJs at both the pool and club - the buffet was underwhelming - room service limited options

Staff was amazing and were all very friendly and helpful! It felt safe at the resort.

I thought the price you are spending there could be better food at the buffet place everyone goes too. The food was mediocre there. Also the drink glasses look worn.

Room service was very good, cleaned the room and fixed the beds several times, wasn't expecting that but it was nice

Sometimes the food was overcooked in the buffet, more music near pool would've been nice, and earlier entertainment for the kiddies.

resort was clean and the staff was very attentive. just tip the staff a bit and you’re good. they had activities, shows, and bands for both adults and children to enjoy. very accommodating over all! food at the French and Brazilian restaurants is really good

reserving a pool lounge chair or Bali bed is hectic. you have to get up at 3-6am in the morning to put your stuff on a chair or bed. the staff or other people move it and it causes major problems. I felt sorry for the pool staff to have to deal with the problems but overall good resort!

Customer service staff gave false information related to the daily room accommodations. My television was broken 3 of 5 nights. None of the maintainance staff understood english,

Everything about this resort was amazing and the wedding I attended was absolutely stunning and amazing. My room was off of the lazy river side loved the view will return with my family next summer
