Cleanliness, no noise, coffee maker, kitchen and all nessecery utensils in the room. Nice pool area, there are 2 pools. Everything is modern, clean and refurbished, modern equipment. TV is great, many channels. Breakfast from 7 to 10. Great selection of coffee drinks, there are 2 coffee machines and regular coffee as well. There is free shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach at particular time.

Air conditioner doesn't fully cool. In the room was not cold enough, specially in afternoon. For breakfast there are different selections but no bacon, no sausage, no pancakes, no boiled eggs, no fruits. Croissant and pastry didn't taste fresh, dough was hard.

This is a good chain hotel with everything you would expect. We had a small studio apartment with kitchen, living space and bed all in one. Very comfortable and super clean. Clean bathroom with a very good shower. The little bar/restaurant on the roof was a nice place to sit and have a bite if you're too tired to head out.

The breakfast was very subpar for the property. Super basic and things wouldn't get replenished so you'd see a bunch of empty dishes especially when it came to fruit etc.

The rooms are spacious comfortable and clean

There must’ve been a water leak because the smell of mold and dampness permeated areas of the first floor. Also the breakfast wasn’t good at all. It was supposed to be an American full breakfast but the eggs were cold, no bacon or sausage. They had basically lunch food for breakfast, and the taste was bland.

The property was clean, the room was spacious, modern and designed great. Its located at the beginning of the Hotel Zone. Its relatively close to the airport.1 The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Parking was available on property.

While the property was located in the Hotel Zone its at the very entrance. We drove for 15-20 minutes to just get to the centre of the Zone where all the activities are. The pools were lovely however not heated.

The room was perfect! It was very clean, spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable huge bed with fresh, and super soft linens. Nice area to sit and work, as well as a comfy sofa. A big TV that turns all directions. The pool areas are nice (don't forget to grab your towel in the lobby before heading upstairs). Nice, clean and well-equipped gym. Near the airport, and easy to find. Free parking, and plenty of spots near the entrance. If you have a car you're close to the public beach with free parking (though they expect tips both when and arriving AND leaving - very weird...).

No view from the room. Very crowded breakfast room, too long wait for food, due too kitchen being understaffed, and low capacity compared to the amount of guests. Broken glass and spilled food that wasn't cleaned up. I'd say: lower your expectations on the breakfast or skip it completely and go out for breakfast instead! Or make your breakfast in the great kitchen in your own room! Expensive lobby shop, but easy to find super markets if you have a car

Room was newer built. Style was nice. I liked the carpet to floor transitions, well done. Shower was very nice, high ceiling. Although I didn't use the kitchen much (just the fridge), it's was nice.

Room was small then in pics. You guys used wide angle lens probably for bigger effect. Sofa looks nice but was very uncomfortable, it's too straight to sit on. Office chair was too small to sit in, it's kid size. Had to asked for a pool towel on the ground floor. Basically, I had to travel from my room to the ground floor, then ground floor to roof. How does that make sense? 🤔 Pool is not deep enough. The elevator required an RFID key card, which didn't work well. It took 5 to 6 scans to work for each use. Bad RFID reader/system.

Room and Hotel, Cleanliness, Hotel Staff were courteous, Wide breakfast menu, swimming pool and sunset view. Amazing studio room with Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, cutlery and full size fridge. Sofa and working desk was another great experience and last 55” LG tv

Pillow weren’t that comfortable, may it’s just me.

I really enjoyed how beautiful and affordable this hotel was, also how breakfast was included which was so delicious. We even had dinner here too for a low price and it was so yummy! The room was more than spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The views from the rooftop was incredible. Felt very safe here since you need your room key to go to each floor. Very clean and the lobby smelled amazing! My friend who stayed at a 5 star hotel beforehand (very expensive) said that she wish she would have stayed here because that hotel did not compare to this one! So yeah, I would most definitely stay here again when I come back to Cancun!

Nothing, everything was great!

The staff recommended a good restaurant nearby. The food was good and authentic. The ambience was great and relaxing. At the hotel the roof top bar was nice to sit at as the sun set. When I started unpacking at the next stop, I realized I left important items at the hotel. The staff quickly confirmed that they had them and I was able to return and pick them up. All handled very professionally.

The hotel looks brand new and beautiful. Huge room with nice bed and TV. Very nice pools on the roof, with amazing view of the ocean. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Nice complimentary breakfast (even though we didn't order breakfest in the booking)

Bad smell in the hotel, especially from the bathroom. Pool wasn't clean, and had some bugs. Location is far from the restaurants, and the snack bar they offer didn't work properly when it rained.
