The design is stunning, right in the middle of the jungle. The room was super clean and smelled so good! Everything is brand new and in great condition. The staff was beyond amazing. Super friendly and always willing to help with any request. The vibe, the service, the facilities - everything is right on the spot! It was a true vacation like we hoped for, and we will definitely come back.

The hotel is located in the Jungle, so it's hard to travel around if you don't have a car. It was also a bit hard to find at first. The AC in the gym wasn't working. The water in the pools was sometimes too cold (not heathen), but when it's hot outside, it's ok. None of the less - these are all minor things! This hotel is amazing and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect - the hotel in general the room the kindness of the worker ( especially Othoniel he is an amazing person many thanks to him, he made my partners birthday special :) ) The food was excellent and the chef even agreed to make some dishes who were not on the menu. The massage was great the yoga amazing. The wonderful scent of the copal everywhere you walk. Honestly I recommend a 100%

Very limited breakfast, only 1 choice per person they dont have unlimited breakfast or buffet like all hotels in the world. That gave us a bad impression! Also upon departure, they asked us to leave the beach tote bag which other hotels give as a gift.

I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world and staying in countless hotels, but Siwa has set the bar at a level I’ve never encountered before. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was a special place. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, and the staff is simply exceptional. The waiters are more than attentive; each of them is genuinely dedicated to making every moment perfect. The maintenance team is always on top of things, ensuring everything is in impeccable condition. Room service? It’s on another level – like something out of a classic luxury film. Experiences like this just don’t exist anymore. The front desk deserves a special mention. They’re always available to help with any question or need and go above and beyond. One day, I lost my daughter’s towel at a beach club, and they managed to retrieve it with a single phone call. The dining experience at Siwa is Michelin-star quality. The hotel also offers transfers and has partnerships with the best beach clubs around, which makes all the difference. The private pool in my room and another pool that lets you swim to the main pool are just a few of the amenities that make this place a gem. The gym and spa are beyond exceptional, with so many options it feels like I could spend a month exploring them. Honestly, I’m in love with this place. If I could, I’d stay and live at Siwa.

Siwa is a quiet and gorgeous property. A very laid back and secluded yet close to the beach and downtown Tulum. Having a car is a must if you’re planning to stay there. Short drives everywhere but taxi can get expensive. The breakfast crew is the best. Moises, Thomas and everyone that works the morning shift were incredibly friendly, attentive and very detail oriented. The food was amazing. I wish the front desk would have offered some of the things that the property had. We found out the day that we left about the option of dining in the cenote that’s inside the property. Would have been a great experience but it was never offered. Niki at the front desk gave us the best suggestions for places to visit and made reservations at Mia’s beach club for us.

We loved the incredible food, the serene space and all of the staff, Daniel was a one of a kind guy! He made our stay incredible and he was down to earth we really enjoyed talking to him!

Recently, we had the opportunity to stay at Siwa Tulum, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome right away with a delicious hibiscus and passion fruit cocktail. The villa we stayed in was a true oasis: spacious, exquisitely decorated, and with lovely views. Waking up surrounded by nature each morning was an indescribable pleasure. The restaurants at Siwa offered an exceptional culinary experience. Every dish we tried was a delight, and the variety on the menu pleasantly surprised us. The service was impeccable at every meal; they were always very attentive, and dinner at the Deep restaurant, with its own cenote, was a fantastic experience. Additionally, the location is perfect. It’s close enough to the main attractions, yet it also offers the tranquility one seeks on a vacation. I want to thank the entire Siwa crew for their kindness and hospitality towards us: Diana, Manuel, Charly, Marco, David, Daniel, Sid, Marai, Rubén; Pily and the other receptionist, and the spa attendant. Without a doubt, Siwa Tulum has become one of my favorite places, and I am already planning my return. Highly recommended!

Search no more, this place is MAGICAL! From the time we arrived to the time we left everything was the perfect jungle experience with designer decoration and incredible ammenities. We enjoyed the chef restaurant dishes, the day at the full spa with the outdoor jungle bath was something we have never experience to the amazing underground restaurant and full bar was incomparable to other places we stayed at. Stayed at swim up suite B2-002 with direct access to private pool and a terrace with our own plunge pool! surrounded by the privacy of trees, birds and a walking elevated jungle trail that goes all around the complex perfect to do my meditation or just a direct contact experience with nature, which I saw a monkey and many different birds and flora. The staff treated us like a 5 star hotel with endleas attention amd room service, also place is full of amenities and the shuttle to the zona hotelera/beach club was ideal although they do have rentals and airport shuttle services. No doubt we will return to this jungle resort as THE place to go in Tulum, recommended million times!
