This was our second time returning because we loved it so much the first time. It had everything we'd hoped for: the snorkeling and the breakfast spread! The staff was attentive—from the pool attendants to the landscaping crew, housekeeping staff, and servers—everyone was polite and helpful. Amazing!

The only disappointment was our dinner with the "skewers" BBQ. We ordered cocktails, wine, and dinner. Unfortunately, our food arrived before our beverages. We expected our cocktails to be served first, followed by our dinner. Since these were prix fixe menus with 5-6 preset options, the food appeared to be pre-prepared and wasn't hot when it reached our table. Additionally, I didn't read the description of the lobster dish and had no idea it was covered in cheese. I just don't think lobster needs anything added to it.

The property is gorgeous. The room was very spacious, great aircon, the bed was super comfy and the terrace was a nice space to sit, especially during the afternoon storms! The outdoor bathroom really made it extra special. Great shower and bath with nice hot water and good pressure. Perfect to wash the sand off you from a day at the beach. The room was cleaned everyday and to a very good standard. The breakfast spread was amazing and really catered to everyone’s needs. The evening food was also good, and not too expensive. We loved that at the pool bar it was happy hour 11-5pm on mojitos! It became an every day ritual. The staff everywhere were very friendly, welcoming and always quick to help. Highly recommend stay here if you are looking for some relaxation during your Vietnam trip. We stayed at the very end of a month long adventure and it was the perfect way to spend the last 5 days of our holiday.

There is no sunbed reservation policy which isn’t a huge issue as we did get sunbeds everyday, but there were often lots of sunbeds that were taken but no one used for hours which was irritating when wanting one one the beach. But there are lots of sun beds available, you just have to get up early!

We loved the resort even though it was raining almost every day. We were spending most of the time in the sea or in the pool. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed tea and coffee with coconut cake that we‘ve got during happy hour from 3-4 PM. I would love to come back again.

We arrived early in the morning and check in was possible only for 50% of the price for the room. We had to wait whole morning to check in at 12:00. The resort was quite far from the city center. The shuttle bus was running only 2 times per day.

The hotel was in a beautiful location and the grounds and the facilities were to a high standard and well looked after.

The hotel was huge. So, everything that happened made you feel process. Check-in was more about all the things you couldn’t do and the rules and regulations more than a warm welcome to the resort. Eating at the main restaurant was the same. It was huge and whilst the food was good you felt you were on the conveyor belt to get processed and fed. There was no real centre to the resort apart from the restaurant. No nice bar to sit at the water for a few drinks. The reception was huge but ugly. Just lots of furniture and no design. Nobody really eat there so a huge waste of space.

The resort is really nice and overall clean. The staff was nice and spoke decent English. The breakfast buffet had quite a lot of options. We really liked that you can snorkel and see fish right on the beach of the resort.

The area of the ocean in which you can swim is restricted and not so big. The rooms were not dirty at all but also not as clean and luxurious as I expected. The room service we ordered was just ok, breakfast was better though.

the staff have obviously been very well trained. without exception everyone smiled and said hello, even the gardeners and cleaners. it felt like a very friendly place to stay. a great credit to the resort manager whom we met a couple of times and who was always working, checking things and cleaning tables as well as talking to guests. an excellent example and he has built a great team. well done sir!

Amiana Resort is just stunning! From the pools to the beaches, to the rooms to all the facilities. It's just a really special resort and you won't be disappointed! Also the private mud rooms and massage rooms are phenomenal. Best experience! Also the food is insanely good! Ive never seen so many delicious options for breakfast! No matter how tired I was, I couldn't miss a single breakfast during our stay! We had our wedding here with 65 guests and everyone was just blown away by the beauty of the resort and the friendliness of the team. The event management was superb, the attention to detail second to none. Honestly, the day couldn't have been better and its really down to the team at Amiana. They are so diligent! Many of our guests stayed at Amiana for a few days after the wedding and couldn't stop saying what a great holiday it was! Special shout out to Anh Linh who was just amazing!

As with a lot of places in Vietnam, the pool water is always quite warm so if youre looking for cold swimming water your best bet is the beach.

Amazing hotel, hospitality was on top! Very friendly personnel, delicious breakfast, amazing location. It’s 15-20 mins by car to the city centre, but taxi isn’t expensive, so we totally enjoyed that we are out of the noisy city but still close that we went there every day. We had beautiful room with sea view. Fresh fruits every day in the room, complimentary mini bar. And the best was private sandy beach with the cleanest water! Highly recommended!

My son loved the pool and beach access. Probably spent the entire stay there! Staff at the front for the buggy cars and restaurant were outstanding. The hotel also put in a Christmas show for guests with canapés and drinks so I thought that special and gng above and beyond. Can’t rate this hotel any better! Oh and the kids club too - was able to leave my child play there (5+) for 2 hours whilst I rested and caught up on my book!

Was only the check out experience - we arranged night prior for a wake up call at 6am and buggy at 7am to collect our luggage. Didn’t arrive till 7:15 which was out of character for this hotel as the staff have been amazing start ti finish! All other requests were met with happiness and assistance.

The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good. Great variety of different tastes the jiuces and fresh fruits were soooo good and refreshing. The different pools (salt water, fresh water and adult) and the beach were all enjoyable and safe although the water was a bit chilly temperature in January. Service and sraff in all areas were fantastic.

Did not enjoy the mud bath as I found it boring and the setting was not that relaxing…..
