Room Size: The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to move around and relax. Facilities: The hotel offered a good range of facilities that met our needs, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. Parking: Parking was very convenient, located right in front of the hotel entrance. It was free and did not require any prior reservation, which was a great plus. Pet-Friendly: We brought our dog with us, and there were no issues at all. The hotel was very accommodating to pets.

Cleanliness: While the room was generally fine, there were some areas where cleanliness could be improved. A bit more attention to detail in cleaning would enhance the overall experience. Breakfast: The breakfast options were somewhat limited. It was alright, but having a wider variety of choices would make it much better.

Room was spacious. The bathroom was also very spacious. They have kitchen with some cutlery and crockery, which was very useful to cook.

While booking the room thru booking.com, for some rooms the breakfast option is not included in the room. Breakfast included option is only available for few rooms . I stayed for 5 nights, and they did not clean the room even once nor provided new towels after 2-3 days. I had to use the same towel for 5 days.

The room was a reasonable size, and there was a kitchen area with a hob, sink and fridge - we were so pleased to have a fridge in the hot weather. The beds were ok but I did find mine a bit hard - but I need a very soft bed and not everyone else would agree! The linen was good. The shower was roomy and the bathroom was very clean, as was the room. We found free parking opposite the hotel. When busy, you may have to wait and watch for a space.

This felt like good quality student accommodation, or a better-class hostel. Definitely a good choice for a city break where you are not spending a lot of time in the room. The apartment was at the bottom of the hill so a good 15 minute walk uphill to the town. As Angouleme is perched on top of a high hill, I can't imagine anywhere else would not have the same incline to climb to get to the town.

The room also has a small kitchen and utensils to cook food. Bathroom is spacious.

There was no option to opt for breakfast along with room in booking com. Their room prices are very inconsistent. I booked a room for Feb in Jan 1st week and the price was €75 per night. But the same room was available at €58 per night on 29-Jan, 3 days before the actual stay date.

The hotel has everything you need for your stay. I liked the fact that there was a door to close the kitchen and bathroom area from the bedroom at night.

There are only a few parking spaces outside the front door, the rest are on waste ground across the road and unlit. The parking is not secured with a gate or barrier. The location isn't great, on a busy road though the room itself was quiet. A 500 metre steep uphill walk to the nearest shops and restaurants.

Great room, with sitting room , kitchen and bathroom, with a bath. Very attractive an airy reception area and courtyard. Tasty and convenient option of prepared meal in a jar that we could heat up in our room. Trendy riverside restaurant with good food nearby.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic because of the numbers in a small space.

The facilities were really good and it was handy to have the kitchen. It is a very nice old building. We parked in a carpark across the street that was free, and the river is just across the road. There are a couple of nice bars nearby and a lovely, riverside tapas bar nearby.

Great staff and we were able to buy a prepared meal (good choice) at reception and heat it up in our room. Much appreciated after a long journey. Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and choice.

Would have been nice to have been able to buy a beer or a glass of wine at the hotel.

A nice spacy appartment in a large building with historical roots. The appartment was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. A car-parking place was available. The city centre and monumets are within walking distance.

The Appart'City building is located between two main streets with traffic, so that the appartments are slightly noisy when windows are open.

Very friendly people. There is a inside locked bicycle room. A very nice little studio. Very clean room and bathroom. Good bed. There is some coffee, tea, soap and a towel for washing the dishes. It’s in walking distance of the city center.
