Convenient central location with ample underground car parking. Nice quiet room despite a first floor room facing the market and on a busy road/bus route. Comfortable bed, super large tv, with good aircon. Liked the usb power point by the bed. Good shower and partioned off wc. Enjoyed the bistro in the patio for dinner. Fortunately we arrived early with good service, since it got very busy to capacity. Attentive and kind staff. Grateful for the generous time we were permitted in the car park. Well worth what we paid. Thank you.

this was our third visit. Room overlooked garden and was well equipped. Dinner was very good with suitable choices on the menu. Bar service was good. Most staff were courteous and helpful.

Room safe was basically unusable as it was on the top shelf of the cupboard at the back. Scraped my wrist on shelf edge - you would need to be near 2 metres tall to be able to see into safe. Maintenance staff were informed but nothing happened.

The location was a huge bonus. I really appreciated being close to the heart of the city (and only a short taxi ride to and from the train station.) The staff was extremely accommodating. I especially appreciated Anais and Estelle (the two young women I had the most interaction with). They went above and beyond to help and provide information. They were also really pleasant. I also appreciated being able to check out a little later and hold my luggage at the desk. The cleaning staff that I encountered was also very friendly. I had a lovely talk with Manon. I really liked the quality of the food in the dining room. I was very tired the first night and the host was very helpful and accommodating. The gazpacho soup was superb! The express petit-dejeuner was also very good.

When I first arrived, I had to return to the desk multiple times to ask questions--first because I wasn't familiar with using the key card to turn on lights in my room. I also wasn't quite sure how to adjust the temperature. Since I just checked in, it would have been helpful to provide a little information, i.e., inform me about the key card, even give me some info about the dining room, its hours, and the breakfast (express vs. regular).

The welcome and the decor. We wanted to change the dates and they were extremely accommodating.

They had however cancelled our booking, there were still bedrooms but in hindsight the price for the bedroom they gave us came out more expensive than if I had booked it on site. The toilet was not proper from bad cleaning and so too much sediment which isn't nice...

The breakfast is really good. The dinner taken in the courtyard is great. Smart TV with the possibility of playing from your own streaming platform. Very calm.

The bed was a bit too hard and the mattress protector made us sweat. The parking is expensive at 12 euros.

Nice hotel in Angoulême, with underground parking, ideal for us as we were driving across France. Pet friendly as well, with a big garden at the bag, which the staff kindly allowed us to use for the morning walk. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

Lovely hotel. Great welcome from Reception, excellent service in the restaurant, both in the evening and in the morning. Our dog was welcome everywhere, especially in the hotel gardens! The bed was comfortable and we were right on the edge of the Old Town of Angoulême.

Parking on site. Very comfortable bed. The view. The location. The staff were really great. The breakfast was really good. If you like a gin and tonic, get the barman to make you one, you won't regret it!

In our room no milk or selection of teas and coffees. A kettle alone does not work.
