Excellent location, great communication, The apartment was very clean, spacious, very comfortable and with all the amenities and necessary things for a wonderful stay. I definitely recommend staying here.

There was an unforeseen issue caused by a previous occupant that made the management change my apartment for one on another floor. Fortunately I had no problem with the stairs to the first floor, but for someone with mobility issues could have been problematic. It was not the fault of the manager and luckily the hey could accomodate me on another flat.

We were lucky enough to get the ground floor with small patio, since we had bicycles. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen. The powerful standup fan was more than enough to keep us comfortable during the hot days and evening. The washing machine was much appreciated but it takes 3 hrs to complete a load. The apartment is walking distance from restaurants, markets and sights.

This is a little nitpicking but decor left a bit to be desired. We felt the check- in procedure is cumbersome.

Superb location on the Angouleme plateau. Spacious, nicely styled rooms, comfortable bed, and excellent shower. The private courtyard was a nice bonus.

Nothing much- although not essential, neither of the ( large!) TVs were working ( no signal on any of the sources). The concierge did respond quickly to our query but not able to offer a solution during our short stay.

The staff made it easy to access the property, which was in a brilliant location to explore the old town. Despite being just a few minutes' walk from all the restaurants and site-seeing places, it was in a very quiet street, and felt safe. The apartment was in a charming, characterful building, and was nicely decorated, with lots of space. It was a really nice touch to provide coffee capsules for the coffee machine, tea bags and biscuits. Good value for money, and I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Angoulême.

Although clearly indicated in the property description that there was no proper kitchen, and no sink, it would have been nice to have a kitchen sink in order to wash up our plates and cups. It was tricky doing this in the bathroom basin! We also felt that the wifi connection wasn't good, but perhaps this is only in the top floor apartment and the other rooms have a stronger connection.

Charming little BnB in the historic centre of Angoulême, just a stone through away from restaurants and bars. The house was calm and well maintained; the room spacious and provided everything needed including coffee and toiletries. WiFi was strong and reliable. The team was so kind as to let me check in early for my work - much appreciated. Thank you!

Cleaning could be improved a tad: there were think layers of dust by the windows and below the bed - not so great for someone who's sensitive towards dust = sneezing nonstop

Really nice spacious room with a kettle, microwave and fridge. Everything worked and was really clean, plus the location was brilliant, only a 15 minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the town hall. Would definitely stay again!

A small amount of noise from other residents, but only when folks were in the hallways so really no issue whatsoever.

Convenient for the town and locality. very clean and helpful concierge.

Apartment 5 was top floor so lots of stairs which are hard to climb as they are not level. The floor (and so the beds) also slope. The Wi-Fi is great on the stairs (250Mbs) but the apartment is out of range and signal to 4Mbs inside so is unusable. concierge tried to help but a Wi-Fi booster is needed or warning that apt5 has no signal.

I come to Angoulême because of my Beloved man. 01/06/2018 was the most wonderful Summer in Hong Kong because I knew him. I like this bedroom where is beautiful, clean, and bright with good location. It's easy to check in. 01/06/2023 is a memorable Spring in France for fifth anniversary acquaintance… When the day I release of control to pursuit my beloved one, I will come back here again•

Location is superb, easy access, great shower & a beautiful appointment. Access to a tumble drier was welcome as it rained during all of our stay & we returned to the apartment absolutely soaking!

If you can get a parking space on the street, it’s expensive otherwise you may have to park some way away

The location fabulous for inner city visit, smaller than I thought I had booked but pleasantdecor and very comfortable bed.

2 people booked but only 1 bottle of water and 1 biscuit to have with coffee? Very noisy people coming and going from apartment next door.
