No one bothered me

The manager agreed with me to return the amount of the last two nights because I made some changes to my reservations, but I haven't t received the promised amount so far and no one answers my calls

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke good English. They were very helpful in storing our three bikes in the storeroom. Beds were comfortable. The location near the railway station and down the hill from the old town was perfect.

I would have liked tea making facilities in the room.

Hotel rooms were too small. Bathroom was very compact. The quality of the towels and bedsheets was average. Could have provided sausages, hash brown potato, baked beans, scrambled egg etc in the breakfast.

Good location, easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Comfortable room, fine for one night but would want a bigger room for longer stay.

Rather run down town, needs some TLC. Possibly due to lack of funding from central government??

Quite a bit of street noise and other people moving around in the hotel quite late into the night. Shower could do with a good clean (black mould). Air conditioning unit inside needs a deep clean.

I had to hunt for free parking space as well as move my car before parking regulations commenced on a Monday morning.

It's value for money and a very good location near the bus and train station and the town centre.
