Tucked away in a secluded location, the hotel offers a peaceful escape with beautifully thought-out design and exceptional comfort. I immediately felt at home and would love to return. The food was absolutely delicious, don’t miss the discovery menu paired with wine for a truly memorable dining experience. It made for a splendid and cozy evening. The amenities were excellent, especially the spa. It’s designed for serenity, with limited access that keeps it calm and quiet. Be sure to reserve your spot, an hour is great, but I recommend two to fully unwind. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the staff were attentive to previous injuries I had, which made it all the more appreciated. All in all, this is a place where comfort, design, and thoughtful service come together beautifully. Highly recommended, especially the spa and the dining experience!

If you’re planning to explore the city, keep in mind that the hotel is a bit off the beaten path, renting a car might be a good idea. That said, the surrounding area has its own charm, with several interesting spots and scenic viewpoints worth visiting. There’s also a nearby market that’s definitely worth checking out. One downside for me was the spa access policy. You have to reserve your slot in advance, and you’re limited to just one hour. Personally, I find that a bit too short to truly relax and unwind. Overall, though, it was a good experience and I enjoyed my stay.

The staff, the breakfast, the restaurant, the spa — all of that was phenomenal. I speak some French, but not that much, and the staff were patient with my poor French and willing to speak English when I struggled. The breakfast was continental, worth the small amount of additional money.

My wife and I used the resort as a hub to travel to Nîmes, Avignon, and Montpellier — we went by train from Baillargues station and unfortunately the paths between the station and the resort are either in a state of disrepair, overgrown, or nonexistent. Equally, the roads we ended up walking along have not been well maintained. This is not the resort’s own fault but for visitors wishing to do the same as us, it’s a little disappointing.

The apartments are all recently renovated and had great beds, balcony overlooking the golf course and a free carpark onsite. You will need a car if you need to buy groceries or visit nearby Montpellier; which we knew ahead of time and wasn’t a problem since we were driving.

This is supposed to be a fully functional apartment; and whilst we knew there was no washing machine, there also was no oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and even a kitchen towel to dry dishes. This is something which should be disclosed or highlighted upfront as typically even resort-based apartment kitchens will have these items. We did ask whether it was possible to have toaster and kettle supplied and were told “no”. We requested a kitchen towel or some cloth napkins and they never came.

Peaceful beautiful place with a golf space, SPA, restaurants, amazing nature and views from the hotel. I liked the staff there most of all - they are very approachable kind and welcoming people. All my needs and misunderstanding were solved promptly and efficiently. The main restaurant provided excellent service and delicious meals. We had a small issue when we were tried to be served twice. Well, it’s not bad but we were full. So, it was solved immediately and our evening had a special feature to become a story. The SPA and gym spaces are also very well equipped. I didn’t have a chance to play golf but it looked well organised. The room / apartment was clean and luxurious.

Unfortunately it was noisy at night outside close to my apartment. I think it was due to air conditioning systems installed on the roof. Overall it didn’t deteriorate my experience.

Brand new hotel, very beautifully made with a great view over the golf court, very friendly staff, a nice restaurant with really good breakfast (even some organic options) and dinner. They are one of the most pet friendly hotels we've seen. We were allowed to take our small dog to breakfast and dinner and were always asked for water. They were also very nice about our small son and had high chairs ready and a baby bed.

There is a train track close that you can hear sometimes. And the water pressure for me with long hair wasn't ideal but still ok

Fantastic choice of very good quality food including gravalax, avocados, rice pudding, home made apple tart, along alll of the traditional full English breakfast favourites, a good selection of cheese, cold meats and French bakery items. Dinner was “real food” cooked by chefs. The staff were excellent, friendly and attentive but not overly so. They created a relaxed atmosphere.

Nothing, except we couldn’t get the electric car charger to work. Probably our fault.

New hotel, correct facilities, we only stayed one night, we had a very good rest !

The fact that the night receptionist did not accept cash for the guarantee, I don't see the point anyway, the accommodation was paid in advance, he even threatened, as the norm would be to cancel the reservation, it was 12 at night, it was raining outside, he immediately came in and asked me to call the management. totally unprofessional!

Very good one bedroom apartment that we booked on booking. I was disappointed that because it was a special offer booked on booking we reserved a notice from the hotel that we would not get housekeeping. We could ask for new bedsheets and towels one time. There’s nothing that says that in the booking process.

The deluxe room was very comfortable. Comfy beds, golf course view and clean. Very relaxing. The spa was fantastic and had one of the best massage ever had.

As it’s new, it’s a bit sterile. English was limited but could get by. The one thing I would say is more options for food or small convenience store. There is only one fine dining restaurant and room service menu limited. Also no fridge in room. Next time I would probably bring my own snacks.

Asked to dine in restaurant there was no availability as golf tournament on asked could we eat elsewhere in the hotel was told no Only room service available this I feel is not acceptable in a hotel of this standard there should of at least been bar food had to eat in my room At breakfast asked 2 times for an omelet in the end came out as could not wait any longer
