The hotel was a close walk to the beach, it was clean and staff were helpful and able to support our limited French. The room had kitchen facilities and a dining table, great for people who want to cook food/eat in their room. It also had a tv and what I presume was a sofa bed, bunk beds as well storage areas for your belongings. The bunk beds were in a separate part of the room which was a good use of space by the hotel. The pool and spa area looked wonderful but we never used it as it was just a one night stop over. Car park - able to reserve car parking and it’s in a safe area with locked gates.

The room was spacious but it had a few too many items in, the coffee table wasn’t necessary so it made it a little cramp when loving round. No air conditioning which would have been great as the room was hot. The shower was cold but that could have just been my inability or patience with the gage. Windows opened fully but no safety bars so if you are travelling with children you would need to be careful. Parking was €18 for one night which is a tad expensive in my opinion.

The swimming pool is small and most strange that people go there right after sauna. For me it's unacceptable, but what can we say about people who enter home right after walking in streets, toilets etc without taking shoes off. Still, there should be a rule for the public area especially for swimming pool. Since there too many people and only 2 saunas, the temperature is low and you cannot maintain humidity, as people keep going in and out. so, avoid waisting money on it.

Our room was nice, with a very nice bathroom. Facilities were good. Not really disabled friendly.

Parking was terrible. I asked to reserve a parking space but they said they didn’t have one. Parking was on the road at 20 euros a day. On the Saturday and Sunday we couldn’t get parked anywhere near the hotel and had to go away for another couple of hours till people went home from the beach. We had to part a 5 minute walk away, but as I use a rollator which I couldn’t take into the hotel as it had steep steps into the hotel so I had to struggle walking without it, which was very painful.

Hotel well located and plenty of parking around the facility. If you wish to use the Hotel parking facilities, then you should reserve it in advance of arriving. As a family with our dog, our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was OK as well.

Our welcome from the desk staff during the check in wasn't that friendly and could have been more welcoming. Otherwise the remaining staff were wonderful.

This hotel would fit into any main Hotel Group for it's facilities and professionalism, and yet it has a uniqueness that you rarely find. The history of the property is all around you and adds to that individuality. Special mention must be made to Anthony who exudes confidence and professionalism, and remains in total control even when surrounded by crowds of guests - an extra 'Thank you' to him.

A large and well-equipped hotel with all the facilities you will need, and more. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and will again.

Can't fault the hotel but Berck itself is too much seaside resort for us.

The location of the hotel is perfect: in a quiet area and close to the beach. Our room was big and comfy. The staff was very helpful. We had a very nice experience at the spa (massage).

It was difficult to open the window as curtains were blocking the opening. The breakfast could be better (especially the coffee and the bread).

Lots of choices of fresh breads and pastries, cereals, yoghurts, a cheese and ham option; also cold drinks; very helpful and pleasant staff.

A little more choice of fresh fruit would have been welcome but there were apples so not a complaint.

Location excellent. Short walk to the lovely waterfront with lively boulevard, beautiful sunset, cosy bars and restaurants. Hotel's own bar and restaurant are both very comfortable, food quality is great. The reception provided a large parking slot in the secured parking area for our small camper van.

Smallest shower cabinet I have ever used, about 80x80 cm!
