location was excellent, room was spacious and clean

staff reception was poor. there was a misunderstanding about payment and staff attitude was poor. also i had been told parking would be 13 Euros a night but on the day it was 25 Euros! We parked on the street. Also I have discovered Casel Victoria have charged me £4.28 after my stay, I've no idea what this was for as I paid the tourist tax whilst there.

Lovely stay, perfect location. Parking in the street was fine but the car park isn’t ideal as you can get blocked in. Room was small but adequate. It was lovely and hot when we visited but there was no air conditioning but the price of stay was reflected in all this. Staff helpful. Yes we would stay again

Slightly more comfy lounge/bar furniture for lounging around. The cosy rooms really were cosy! Weird toilet/shower set up; but were very clean and smart. Good value considering the hotel and location and the fact you don't spend the day in your room!

They Sent an email saying we would have to pay 25 euros for parking, luckily they didn t charge us in the end. They also sent an email saying that we d be charges 50 euros if we arrived after midnight. Luckily we arrived earlier in the end but this caused us stress as we could gave had delays on shuttle eurotunnel.

Location- it’s in a quiet area, but just a 2min walk from the main hub of activity- so perfect. Also on site parking…..

It’s a period (built 1920) building so the rooms are compact (possibly tight in areas around the en suite) - but that’s the nature of older buildings

Great hotel! Would stay again - has it's own rooftop bar in the summer with DJ in early evening + bar in the hotel. Great location in Le Touquet - less than 10 min walk to beach, town centre and all amenities.

The room was very small for 2 people - could be an issue if you were intending spending a lot of time in the room.

The hotel is quirky and fun. It’s super close to the beach and clean. There is a cute rooftop bar that would be fun in summer! I booked a single room that I thought would be tiny but was roomy enough for one. I still had the little balcony with beach views (in the corner). The bathroom is set that it gives you the illusion of more space. The staff was lovely! If I hadn’t been so tired, I would have loved to have a drink in the bar!

There is no specific parking. This would be an issue in summer. I stayed in mid May and found a carpark easily.

Location was excellent. The room was very quiet and dark, so I slept very well.

The shower was a bit disappointing - a shower head over the bath. The coffees/teas were a bit limited - instant coffee, no biscuits. Was a bit expensive for what it was.

The hotel has a nice bar and a table pool, which is nice if you want to stay in when the weather is not great. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The staff is nice, welcoming, and very helpful. We'll be back!

Perhaps the check-in time should be at 2.30pm/ 3pm instead of 4pm.

Location is great in a quiet location close to the main street with all the restaurants and bars and more importantly to the beech. We have stayed here before just after Covid but since the foyer/reception and Bar area have been painted. Our room was adequate for our stay noting this is not quite "ensuite" shower and toilet rather this area is within the room but seperated by a curtain. Bed was very comfortable. I want one! Breakfast was also excellent with great choice.

Nothing to dislike.
