The property was nice and clean and provides towels; it is very near the beach which is fantastic! When you arrive, you can go straight to reception to pick up your keys so no worries about having to deal with a key safe. At the reception area there is a little shop that sells basic household stuff and some food. There is also a restaurant and swimming pool onsite.

The property does not house an ironing board or iron. We bought an iron in the supermarket, but it was difficult to iron on a table.

We loved the modern clean vacation home with terrace, outdoor seating and garden. The homes were spacious and we made some lovely memories with our family. The pool area was lovely and the community was very friendly. The proximity to the beach and waterfront fun is good. It's a short drive in with plenty of parking options on town. Berck sur mer is a beautiful vacation destination and this vacation park provides a lovely space to relax, swim and dine after a morning at the beach or exploring the lovely boutiques and eateries in Berck.

We would have been happy to see nicer landscaping around the vacation homes and some laundry machines in the vacation homes or at the complex.

Was really clean, big apartment - with all the needed facilities. Check-in experience and staff friendliness was really good. Location was great, with short walks to beaches and forests. Enjoyed stay with the family a lot - no major complaints.

There were not enough sunbeds on a busy day at the pool, so people were sitting in plastic chairs or even outside of the pool perimeter, watching kids swim - kind of inconvenient. We had to pay a tourist tax (not a lot, but still), even though our booking.com receipt said it was paid, weird confusion.

We didn't arrive during check-in hours, but we were given good, clear instructions of how to find the keys for our two properties. The properties were beautiful, spacious and clean. They were right next to each other, which is what we asked for and had everything we needed, including a balcony with a large extra table and chairs.

The houses could have been closer to the sea but it really didn't matter. A takeaway breakfast option maybe?

Very easy to have key and important indications at the reception desk. Easy to park in front of the reception desk. The house is like "at home". A confortable home with a calm terrace in a quiet area of Berck. There are sufficient glasses, plates, fork, and other dinnerware for a familly of 4. The welcome pack with washing-up liquid, soap, towels, ... is realy appreciated. The mini-shop and restaurant is really practical.

Nothing or only to have bread/croissant only after 8h (openning of the reception desk). Important to know for families : - The only entertainement spot on the resort in summer is the swimmingpool. But if you're coming to Berck you have more to do in the city. - The rooms are on the first floor in some house.

Great clean, modern, light accommodation, great surroundings. Great bakery service, friendly manager. Superb, massive, beautiful sandy beach nearby and stunning walk along the Baie de Authie to see 100's of seals against beautiful pine forest backdrop.

Mattresses were just slightly too soft - but ok! That's a personal preference thing anyway

Spacious living area, comfortable. Great water pressure and quality fixtures. We could happily live in one of these lodges full time!

One roll of toilet paper didn’t last long. Take your own, because we got caught out and there wasn’t any to buy in the resort shop.

The place is awesome - the houses are perfectly clean with everything we needed for the comfortable stay with kids. The personnel is very friendly.

The house we hired, was just so good for the 6 of us. Big enough and space enough. The staff was very polite, and helpful. This vacation is a re-do for sure.
