As per all the times I have stayed here the room was comfortable, clean and the location is excellent and the staff member on reception was helpful

When I book a room I always ask, at the time of booking, for a ground floor room as I travel with my 2 dogs (which I am fully aware of the extra charge) as it makes for easier access with 2 dogs and bags. Sadly, this is the 1st time in 7 years staying at this hotel twice a year, and although I had confirmation of reserving a ground floor room, when I arrived I was told “No ground floor room” and had to take a 1st floor room. I am sure it was an admin over site, and will not stop me staying here again and again. Also a slight issue was the air conditioning did not work, which normally wouldn’t be a problem,but it was a humid night, so had to have the window open, and the room faced the autoroute

We had another hotel cancel our booking after taking payment through booking.com and ibis managed to get all nine of us into the hotel. The lady on reception spoke fantastic English which helped as my french is very limited, breakfast was typical french breakfast of breads,ham and cheese with pastry and a few cereal options.

Could do with a few more pillows and bigger towels

The room had a double bed with a bunk above which I continuously hit my head on each time I got in and out of bed. The sink was next to the bed rather than in the bathroom which meant you had to leave the toilet and walk to the opposite side of the room to wash your hands. If you had a strip wash you are in view to the rest of the room which made me uncomfortable

I have stayed here many times, the venue is well positioned to access the autoroute. The rooms are always clean, well prepared, the breakfast is good value

Unfortunately, in this room the air conditioning was not working. I have not had this before, but it made little difference to my stay. I will continue to use this venue

It was exactly what we needed it to be. Cheap, but confirmed and with a good sized room that was perfect for the family. Staff were friendly, it was well suited to kids and our dog

Given you could see the hotel from the motorway, it took about 5 minutes to get there once off the motorway... A little annoying but only a very minor inconvenience!

Stop off point for traveling further south. Good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast time was busy, but what you expect from this type of hotel. Good secure car park with gated entry. Friendly staff, especially Blade.

Great location when travelling through France. Good value for money. For dinner there is an option to go to Novotel just next to Ibis and food was delicious.

Towels are poor quality. Sink was in the other corner of the room, not in the bathroom.

Value for money stay. This is a great stay if you are looking at a highway stop over for the night. Rooms are tiny but functional for what they offer, and for the price point, they are perfectly fine.

Breakfast was as advertised. Hotel offered excellent value for money.

All good. Met our needs as we were looking for a stop over for one night, which this hotel is perfectly suited for.

Lovely clean room. Good breakfast selection. Ideal for stop over on long distance travels. I'd stay again. Only one thing could do with extra pillows. As my husband and I use 2 each lol
