The receptionist was very friendly and gave us advice on where to eat locally, The accommodation was as expected. The first room had a broken socket and the Receptionist changed our room very quickly without any issue, although we do feel that this should have been reported before the room was given to us - but it was dealt with very well.

The electrical socket in the original room was broken, but this was dealt with very quickly and professionally

We were late in the evening, and the machine self-check-in was very handy and easy. The staff in the morning was very helpful. The room was perfect, cosy for the money we spent. The location was perfect close to highway.

The bathroom is a bit small, but i can't expect more for the rental fee :)

Location easy to find, just off A71, clean and comfortable, walk in shower and toilet, with towel, air conditioner, wifi only download most of the time, good standard French breakfast, man there kept everything topped up, easy auto machine check in which gave you your door entry card, big car park, many restaurants etc 5 minutes across the road.

Nothing, for the price it’s very good, only one night stop, would need better catering for longer I think.

All was good and the staff very helpful, would have liked to been on ground floor which is better for us with Three dogs but managed no problem Thanks all at Premiere Classes Hotel will be booking in March when we return to the UK

I liked that Router restaurant was only 300 metres away, the town was fantastic as was the cathedral

Clean functional room, excellent value. Good value breakfast. Our second stay here. Staff helped with a problem key card.

The germolene pink bathroom could do with an update but were clean and functional.

Something was making gushing noises from the air conditioner but couldn't turn it off. Forgot to mention it to receptionist

The room was functional for a short stay. All the facilities worked well and having air conditioning was great. The bathroom small, but worked well. The double bed was comfortable and we did sleep well, ready for the onward journey.

We found that not having a kettle or coffee machine a bit of a hindrance. Luckily for us we had a travel kettle and cups. We were able to make an evening drink, without having to use machine drinks.
