Great location, quiet, large rooms, nice pool and sauna. Great value for money. Able to cook some simple meals in the kitchen. Secure underground car park. Don’t be put off that it’s part of an elderly residence. Would stay again!

A few extra items in the kitchen area would be helpful. Additional pan, jug, and utensils. Arm chair in the living area would also be nice as sofa is a little snug for 3 to share. Would be good to check in slightly earlier than 5. Although we arrived at 4 and the staff did let us check in early.

Free parking in underground garage (2m height). No extra payment for dog. Awesome location for skiing - less than 10 minutes of walk to the lift. The staff was very friendly and even though they spoke little english they tried to help with all requests. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for 2 people. It wqs quite small, but managable.

The only minor disadvantage was that our apartment did not have a sofa, only 2 small armchairs.

It would be nice if the kitchen was better equipped. For example, a knife, a strainer, a peeler, a salad bowl, etc. Basic equipment to facilitate a weeks long stay. Apart from that everything was perfect.

We loved to stay in this place. We came to Briançon to get our first aid certificate with the french Protection Civil Organisation. The place is amazing with very quiet residents. The facilities are great and Briançon a beautiful town with landmarks and good food. Highly Recommended.

Apartment was very clean and in good order.

No AC There was heavy construction across the street starting at 6:40am! Not possible to close the windows due to heat Balcony, due to heavy construction, noise and dirt, not possible to use the balcony all day long. A shame! Bed: the bed was max 140cm wide, not spacious for 2 people.

Quite place, in good location 5 min walk to the ski lift, clean, everything you need you will get in to the room.

Large comfortable apartment. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Helpful staff. Free parking. A longish uphill walk to the old town and the fort, so we were lazy and drove as there is parking at both ends of the Grande Rue.

the cleaning lady was extremely rude and came with her own key without knocking when I was changing, half a hour before the check out time limit. she said she was in a hurry and can wait for us to get dressed and leave.

centre ville location, parking secure, very spacious apartment; vast bathroom! staff particularly helpful. strange being in an old persons facility but a few bemused but relaxed tourists like us enjoyed the fantastic facilities including a pool early evening to ourselves.

well fitted kitchen but no bowls and only one knife! otherwise a great place.

this is a great option if you look for a clean, modern and fully furnished accommodation in briancon. we particularly enjoyed the company of the elders. the location is great, easily accessible by car with a large parking slot. very good value for money and good restaurant at reasonable prices. highly recommended
