I was lucky to get the best room in the hotel - on the top floor and no other rooms next to it. So I wasn't worried about possibly that I could hear other guests. Also the room with balcony was facing the parking (not the busy street on the other side of the building). Stunning mountain and old town view. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. After a few nights spent in a tent it was a paradise and I even regretted going to the old town, I should have stayed there all day 😃 Location was good, 2 minutes from Carrefour and bus stop.

No AC and no electric kettle in the room. It would have been very noisy if you get the room facing the street.

This was the third time we had stayed here. The room was pleasant and clean, the bed comfortable. The bathroom is modern and clean and plenty of hot water. The shower is great. The secure parking is important for us for our moto. Lovely view from the balcony towards the mountains and it’s in a quiet location. We had a good breakfast before we left. It’s easy access to the restaurants which are within a few minutes walk. The staff are really efficient and friendly and meet you on arrival in the car park to direct you to your parking place. It’s very popular with other motorcyclists from all over Europe. We will always return to this hotel while in Briancon.

The property was in THE BEST location possible. A five minute walk to the ski lift, a grocery store around the corner, and after a long day on the slopes, it was perfect to not have to walk far at all to get home. The staff were incredible and very friendly, understanding and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful, I would do anything to have one more of their hot chocolates! The room was extremely clean, beds were comfy and we had the best views. If your skiing in Serre Chevalier or Briancon, you should stay here.

The motorcycle parking is secure and is at the back of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and inviting. The balcony was a bonus, which overlooked the bikes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The location couldn't have been any better.

The room was small. Being English we would have liked access to a kettle but that's just my opinion. It wouldn't stop me using the hotel again.

Great location with parking if you arrive early. Bathroom renovated and clean. Staff lovely and helpful. Cafes and bars close by and direct access to citadel

Bed small and irregular shape of room made it squishy. No shower door meant bathroom floor was wet. Although the weather was mild we needed to keep terrace doors and curtains open.

Cozy hotel in the center of downtown, convenient for walking around. Having an elevator was great. Our room overlooking the parking lot had a small balcony and was very quiet. No noise.

Parking is extremely limited! Only about 6 to 8 cars. Make sure you secure your spot by requesting it ahead of time directly with the hotel.

Clean room with balcony, comfortable bed and spotless, new bathroom. Well located in Briançon's historic centre, the staff/owners are friendly and helpful.

My complaints are quibbles, but the pillows were on the hard side and the corridors were busy by seven in the morning as the many bikers who stayed here got on the road.

Although the hotel is pet friendly, dogs not able to join you in the breakfast room. We didn’t want to leave him alone in an unfamiliar room so we didn’t take breakfast at the hotel but outside at a cafe/restaurant where dogs were very welcome!

A very good small city hotel. Very friendly, comfortable and clean. Very good choice of continental breakfast available. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants and trains or buses. Briancon has a wealth of history and there are plenty of walks to forts and the river gorge with its awesome stone bridge.

Secure parking, Its good value,we expected it to be a noisy room being at the front but it wasn't helpful owners. It is at the bootom of town so a long way up to the old part but it is worth the walk, visit the Panorama Cafe the view is amazing and the foods good

The little step across the landing you need a bigger sign as you enter the landing the lights dont come on so you dont see the drop if you are carrying all your bike gear.
