The beds were comfortable, we loved the spa area and sauna especially after a day on the slopes. The location is very convenient a 5 minute walk from the main ski lifts. The decoration is lovely.

The rooms were so dark, which was frustrating as I was planning to do some work there, but in the evenings it's impossible to see. There needs to be a vending machine in the lobby, as it's not possible to get any drinks between 10am and 6pm.

Good location with a small walk to the nearest ski lift. Plenty of room to keep skies and boots on the groundfloor with separat lockers. Stayed in the hotel building with breakfast. Calm in the mornings, not feeling crowded and a good breakfast. Daily cleaning of the rooms. Nice staff.

The restaurant was good but the menu wasn't breathtaking... Lots of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel so no big issue.

Late check in time (4pm) as we arrived in resort at 1pm carrying skis, boots and luggage and were told that reception would not open til 4 pm. There was no one to greet us or advise us where we could leave our luggage. We had been up since 3am as we had an early flight from the UK so we were really tired and keen to get checked in. Didn’t like the outlook from our apartment as there was a high wall and a bank directly in front of our balcony so couldn’t even see the sky from the windows.

Location was amazing. Only 0.2miles to the gondola.

We have had our rental van scratched whilst parked in the hotels parking lot. When we kindly asked any cctv footage , they said they dont have any cameras around the hotel. Thankfully we had full insurance so it won’t affect our trip but i would suggest that it would be helpful for the customers if there were cameras for carpark.

The lighting in the room is terrible, I understand the "mood" lights, but they are useless and I had to use my phone torch to look through my luggage, the walls being painted black doesn't help either. The Good light is by the door, would be helpful to have one closer to the bed 🙂

Super location, very clean and modern inside, comfortable beds, and a lovely spa area. Reception staff and room service staff were lovely and helpful.

Services such as drinks are only available in the morning and evening, there should be at minimum some water available in the reception area for during the day, or a drinks vending machine.

Very clean establishment. Comfortable and located near to the town so you could walk in for drinks or dinner. The spa area was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Not really a dislike...but in the evening don't go out without the entry code! Several of us did. Much amusement attracting the attention of people in the rooms to let us in.

Hot tub was luke-warm, and quite small- and there was often lots of children in it using it more like a pool… which was a little disappointing.

2 day stay that became 3 days. Modern hotel next to briancon.bar does food so easy after a days sightseeing.very helpful staff.lots to investigate locally and resturaunts everywhere.we have a dog .

I loved having an elevator. On motorcycle journeys through the Alps, a lot of the hotels require walking up two or three flights of stairs and it gets old. This hotel was great.
