Stunning location and views from the balcony. A quick walk to the lift for skiing or to many restaurants and shops. A grocery store is within 10 mins walking. Comfortable beds with nice linens, nice bathrooms and luxurious towels. The spa was also a nice treat! Many areas to lounge if skiing isn’t your thing. The restaurant on site did not disappoint! It was so delicious, we ate there two nights. Breakfast had a lot of options and was easy to navigate. Luggage storage was offered and they have covered parking for a fee. Would absolutely stay again!

This hotel was lovely. We stayed for 7 nights. The staff were welcoming, kind and friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfy and we slept very well. The access to the spa was super. The breakfast was great.

Very nice spa with an excellent therapist, Nuxe toileteries, great breakfast, very nice staff overall, perfectly located in front of major shops and lifts.

Rooms and common areas could be renovated and cleaner (stains on floor, overused lamps and mini fridge), the safety box was not fixed on the wall

The spa was not fully functional throughout our stay. On the first evening the steam room and sauna were not working and on the second night the jacuzzi was cold. The coffee pods were not replaced in the room or the towels replaced

Fantastic location next to slopes. Food very good quality. Friendly and efficient staff. Spa area was very good. Loved the fires outside on the main terrace.

The Small Classic rooms a little too small. Drain smell from shower a common factor in the three rooms we had.

Fantastic location, spa on site and included in the room price, excellent breakfast. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Rooms were a bit small, so I’d recommend other guests to book the deluxe room with a balcony.

Breakfast is superb. Fresh juices, nice bread and pastries, fruit, egg and bacon. The location is ideal, and the balconies have great mountain and ski lift views.

As the Alpine summers get warmer, some air conditioning would help.

This really is the ultimate stay for relaxation. The spa is sensational. Located directly opposite the ski lift in a quaint beautiful spot. The Christmas cocktails around the fire are a must!

Great location, and all one expects of a 4 star hotel, made all the better by great staff

The room was quite small, but you get what you pay for - the wider amenities, location and staff more than made up for it.

The hotel is lovely. The only complaint was that the single toilet in our three bedroom apartment was very small! Staff were great. Hotel is beautifully appointed and well located.
