The room I was assigned was just great. Actually it was kind of a maisonette-style apartment within the hotel on the 4th floor. Ok, for the price I've paid I usually wouldn't get a 6- or 8-bed room, so it was also a bit of luck that I've got one of the last available rooms for a "discount price" before the reception of the hotel was closed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel didn't have an own place for dinner, but they recommend the nearby (5 minute footwalk) restaurant "Eau petit pont", which was excellent, and where Hôtel Mont Thabor guests benefit from a price reduction on meals. Breakfast itself was in the hotel and was rich. Motor(-cyclists) may park their bike in the hotel garage which is closed overnight. Even though the hotel is located directly at the valley's main road, it was very silent inside, especially during night. The hotel is clean, it's interior is modern and in good shape. All in all, I think the hotel's offers have quite a good cost-benefit ratio. I would definitely come again.

The hotel is ideally located a few minutes walk to the ski lifts and a number of ski hire options nearby with the closest only about 50m away. Staff were extremely helpful in showing us some room options prior to confirming the booking. I was travelling with 3 sons and and the family room was ideal with a separate room for a double bed with four single beds in the main living area. The room had a view to the mountains through two skylights. There was a secure room to store clothes whilst skiing. There is a sauna but no spa. The village is only a few minutes across the small river where there are a number of restaurants. The breakfast was simple but adequate.

There was a distinctive odour to the accommodation area which I found a bit off-putting. The spa in the bathroom was inoperable but there was no advice that this was the standard condition and it has not worked for some time. There is no separate shower and only a hand-held shower head which is awkward to use. Wifi in the room was weak.

The location was excellent, on the main road through the town which wasn’t busy. The lady at check in was helpful and attentive and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was very spacious with comfortable good sized beds.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner.. dusty in the corner of the bath nearest the sink and a shower holder would have been helpful so you could stand up to shower. But that’s very picky.. we loved it.

Wasn’t expecting to have hot breakfast items available so that was a pleasant bonus. Plenty of choice each morning.

On site restaurant would have been good for evening meal but arrangement with L’Equilibre worked well and also encouraged you to try other restaurants in the area.

Room was very spacious for 4 adults. We were a party of 4 men on a snowboarding holiday.

Shower would be better than spa bath. To have a shower we had to use handset and there is no shower screen or curtain so its difficult to not spray water over the bathroom floor.

Perfect place for 1 night stopover with the motorbikes. Inside parking, good room and breakfast and all very clean. Location is good as opposite the street across the river you got some nice bars/restaurants. Nature and surrounding is great for riding your bike in the summertime

Customer service was top class. We had a problem with one of our rooms first night. Staff sorted alternative accommodation out for the night and room was fixed by next morning. Excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was close to Aravet lift. Small row of shops, bar and restaurant. Highly recommended 👌

If we had to comment on something that was a tad inconvenient is that the bathrooms didn't have a shower mount for the bath shower head. It's not a bad comment as a bath at the end of a days snowboarding was lush 😁

I had forgotten my watch at the hotel, this was something precious to me and I had forgotten it. called the hotel and they said they had it and they posted it back to me. great and honest staff. the hotel was also clean, the rooms quiet and the location was convenient.

parking situation for cars could be better, I think its more catered to bikes and bicycles, as the turning circle was too narrow for our car.

Good value for money. Very kind reception. Excellent breakfast!

WiFi useless in my room for home-office - I lost my time to do some work. No air condition in my room .

The room was big and very comfortable for a family of 6. very well heated located at the attic with big windows and an elevator. the location of the hotel is just perfect. breakfast is good with very good products.

the bathroom is quite small and the bath has no curtain so the floor gets very wet.
