Food was good, nice variety of dishes Staff were every friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to the proprietor for taking me in his car to hospital after a fall and also liaising with the reception for me there too. His kindness was just what we needed after having a skiing accident. always lovely cakes and savouries available during the day, regularly replenished too

The lounge area would really benefit from more sofas instead of tables and chairs

Clean and centrally located. Had everything we needed.

The toilet cubicle was so short you had to sit down on the bowl before you could close the door. Breakfast buffet was disappointing in quality and variety

Lovely room - we got an upgrade as there was a school trip in and we had a lovely suite. The staff were very friendly and approachable and easy going. Great location for the ski lift.

The pool and shower in the spa was freezing!

Fantastic location in city centre, no problem to find parking for our bikes. Nice with a pool after a really hot day. 15 min walk from old town.

The room was weel appointed with a coffee machine, refrigerator, towel heater, seperate room for the toilet and fresh fruit in the room on arrival. Great view of Alps from our window.

Comfortable beds and great breakfast.

Rooms slightly outdated and very small. Sigh...another hotel shower that gets the entire bathroom wet. Those little glass walls that only extend 1/3 of the length of the tub are mostly useless.

Rooms were lovely and clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating, swimming pool was great too and a beautiful view from the room!

The only small downside was the pillows weren’t comfortable but other than that it was amazing

the rooms were fairly big and the bed was big and comfortable. The staff was friendly although on the peak times there was not enough of staff to check the people in. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of options.

Our bed sheets had some stains on them.

Apparantly no space for our bikes but car park suggested otherwise.Messaged through booking . Com re beds and parking but was not received. Staff were really good but disappointing parking as had to leave in public car park! Otherwise all good

Very Good Service. free coffee and drinks in the afternoon, coffee machine in the room. Very polite and helpful service personal and stuff. Rooms very clean and new. Pool and sauna included.

public parking situation, very rare free parking places. Breakfast not included, prices above average. Air condition would be nice.
