my room was at the rear of the property which considering the close proximity to the night club across the way, turned out to be lucky. shower was great and bed really comfy breakfast was decent. maybe some hard boiled eggs wouldve been nice, but varied and good. wish the pool was a few degrees warmer, but sauna and pool were a nice option. great location staff all excellent and friendly. wouldnt hesitate to rebook

there was a noise in the room during the night. like a whirring sound that went on and off. i managed to sleep through it, but a light sleeper wouldve been annoyed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The food quality was outstanding, with a great variety, and the buffet breakfast offered a lovely selection to start the day. The hotel's location is ideal for skiing, just a short distance from the slopes. Our room was comfortable, with cozy beds that made for restful nights after long days on the mountain. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with a perfect blend of comfort, service, and location.

. The only small downside was the spa—the pool was a bit cold, and there were no towels available, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience

The hotel is very nice, it is situated extremely close to the ski lift and it really feels like a hidden gem when you spend some days in the resort. The food is absolutely divine, we enjoyed a lot the breakfast and the restaurant at night. The truffle fondue is worth every penny - we recommend it! If you are lucky enough you can find a good parking spot right in front of the hotel. What we also loved is that there is a bonfire every night and coconut cake, juices between 4pm and 5pm (free of charge for hotel guests).

The spa is very little, however, because of the reservation system of the hotel, not more than 2 couples are there per hour, after 7pm you can expect to be there by yourself. The rooms could be a bit bigger, especially we did not have enough room for our clothes. As well, though the hotel staff was okay, our advice if you want to bring the atmosphere of the hotel to a better level is to teach the staff to be more courteous and more understanding, going the extra mile for the guests who spend a quite big fee per night.

The location is right across the road from the bubble lift, the breakfast was great (especially the pain aux chocolate) and the staff were so helpful. We loved the pool and sauna at the end of a day’s skiing. You have to book but we never had trouble getting a slot, and we liked having it all to ourselves. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar before eating out locally. It was perfect for our short skiing break in Serre Che.

Our only negative was that the rooms are extremely hot, but this always seems to be the case at ski hotels.

The hotel was located just steps away from the Aravet lift. The village was very cute with good restaurants, good variety. The staff at the hotel were great, nice and helpful. The room was snug, but there was adequate storage space.

The outside needs a little cleaning up. The rubber mats on the steps were torn. The entry to the ski room looked like you were walking into a housekeeping supply area with brooms and shovels and junk.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. The hotel and the ski resort were above my expectations. The pistes were very beginner-friendly for me but there were also more challenging ones were available for my partner (advanced level) I really liked how all the ski resort connected with each section, it was very easy to go from one side of the mountain to the other which gives you the opportunity to explore the whole area. Having a ski-in hotel was also an added bonus, the location of the hotel is really perfect just in front of the lifts. The hotel also has so many relaxing opportunities after a day of ski: pool, sauna, bonfire, goûter… everything was amazing!

No complaints at all!

Good location,, ski in-out convenient. Breakfast was good although same for 7 days, not varied. Gluten-free bread was available. Rooms were nice and clean

The swimming pool and sauna is quite small. Needed to book and were only allowed 30 mins slots

The room wasn't big, but comfortable and very clean. The staff was greatly helpful when booking in advance for additional services (sauna, pool, massage) and very effective for check-in and check-out. The pool was pleasant as the sauna, but the massage was really super! Good restaurant with a reasonable choice and very good quality. Did not check the wine list.

Nothing to really dislike. We arrived by our motorbike and we parked in front of the hotel: not sure what could happen in peak season in the same spot.

The Rock Noir was great and well run, we checked in late and the staff had the foresight to ask if we wanted a table booked at the restaurant which was most appreciated so we could have a proper meal after a long trip. Throughout our stay the staff matched and exceeded our expectations, as did the majority of the hotel facilities. If it wasn't for the too hot room, it would've been 5*

The room was too hot. I guess not a problem for winter / skiing guests, but for July, it was a problem. There were no shutters on the windows to stop the room heating up like a greenhouse, and no aircon. Best solution is shutters. When the windows were open it was noisy, but intolerably hot with the windows closed, which did detract from sleep quality and the enjoyment of our stay.

Bed very comfortable afer long walks in the mountains. Very clean and cosy hotel, design very cute mountain chic. Our recomendations!

It was a little bit crowded in the swiming pool, which is not very big so when there is more than 4 persons... even though we have reserved our pool time for 30min,we had 6 more persons with us in the same time. Not cool...
