Located near the train station. Easy to access. Restaurants near also centre of Oulx pretty near.

At first was hard to understand how to enter the building. Also parking was not clear where it is allowed. Keep in mind that parking is public and as it is near train station so a lot of people do park near the building and go by train somewhere all day. And return in ecening so could be times when during the need to park a further the street. Not so many dishes and kitchen stuff in general. Pan was almost unuseable. Not sure why there is dishwasher if there is not that much of dishes anyway. :) More useful would be washing mashine

perfect location - just across the railway station, and the bus station, a few meters away. I can't imagine a better location in Oulx! From here we went to Sestriere by bus, or you can take a train to Bardonecchia, etc. Lots of options! I am attaching here a photo of a view from the balcony. Also to note - the staff was friendly and helpful.

Well, we are tall persons, and, hmm, it was dangerous to use the kitchenette facilities because of the massive kitchen hood hanging there. It's made of hard wood and I hit my head there (an easy hit) and my partner also (but she had a bad hit). Apart from this inconvenience for us, everything else was perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this pet-friendly residence! The room was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the necessary appliances. The building itself is peaceful, and its convenient location puts you within easy reach of the train station, cafes, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property—thank you for a wonderful experience!

Minor quibbles: coffee pot was old and damaged. Views on first floor limited but that’s why it’s cheaper. Heat could have been more controllable

Loaction is very easy to find, right in front of the train station. City center is in 500 m walk, everything is close, bars, restaurants, etc. Room was very clean, didn’t find dust even on top of the wardrobes. It really felt like being home. Very polite staff, both the person who reached out online and the person on reception. Sorry didn’t get your names to mention. Thanks a lot.

Great location immediately opposite Oulx train station. Very clean, with comfortable beds & bedding. Easy check-in although unmanned in evening. Morning reception staff very welcoming & efficient.

Good location. Just near the train station and bus station. Cafe/bar and restourants is nearby. Clean rooms and bathroom.

Lack of microwave, electric kettle and big cups in kitchen. Also a fridge is quite nosy.

a spacious apartment conveniently located next to the bus and railway station. Quiet and good value compared to properties available in Sauze d’Oulx. travel up to Sauze was straightforward but if staying in Sauze for the evening a taxi back is necessary.

Great space close to the train. No complaints, clean, comfortable. Would book again. Excellent value for money.
