The staff were welcoming, courteous and quick to address my questions. For the times there were language barriers, the evening manager helped me by messaging his coworkers who were more fluent in English. This was extremely helpful since my Italian is limited. Using What's App is a nice way to communicate the needs of anyone who is not very fluent in Italian. Answers to any questions or concerns were prompt and there were follow up messages until an issue was resolved. Even general issues that didn't affect me directly were communicated. I thought that was a nice touch and enjoyed being informed. My double room was comfortable, clean, and secure.

I had heavy gear for my trip, and lugging it from Oulx train station to the hotel made for a good workout. If you have a lot of luggage, and are on foot, plan on an bit of an uphill hike. I didn't mind it, but travelers with ambulatory challenges may have a tough time.

Good location, access to a number of ski areas. Clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast but you have to be sharp on your timing (see below)

Self check in process via WhatsApp is ok, but a bit clunky. Hotel claimed that if we used this process they would pay the first night's tourist tax. This didn't happen & we were too short on time to argue about it. A bit surprised that breakfast had started to be cleared away at 9.00 when we were told it was available until 10.00. (This was quickly re- set when we arrived in the dining room though)

The customer service and assistance every day of my stay was exceptional. They were very accommodating when I had to leave my bags as I was going skiing on the day of my departure. The automatic check in worked well. The shower was really good, room was very clean.

It was advertised that the room would have a minibar/fridge but this wasn't the case. Being English I always need a kettle wherever I go - if you added the chance to have coffee in the room that would be great! Wifi kept dropping out.

Very nice and kind welcome. The room was big and well equipped. Dinner in the hotel was delicious! All the staff took care of us and helped with our stay. Oulx is a perfect stay for families and this hotel is sitting very close to an enormous playground.

The hotel is well located very close to the center of Oulx. It is priced very reasonably. The host is super helpful and prompt in responding to any queries during the stay.

Very good location in the old Oulx town. Very friendly and helpful lady at reception. A very nice stay here. Good selection of local cafes and restaurants. Very good continental breakfast to start your day.
