Great breakfast - hot and cold food options and gluten free options too. Great location and a free transfer minibus to the ski lift. The staff were amazing - so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay again when we are next in Sauze.

Spa facilities are only available for private sessions and need to be booked in advance which isn’t clear from the description. Good idea in principle as having the spa to yourself is great, but it was difficult to book a slot during our stay - we only managed to get one 40 min session in a 4 night stay. Sauna was excellent - jacuzzi needed a good clean though.

The room was so hot. The room thermostat has been deactivated so adjusting that on night 1 didn’t help, made worse but the drunk brits on tour when i opened the door. Night two featured drums from outside and in the morning, when asked, the receptionist informed us that they could adjust the temperature there. The room was bearable ten and we finally slept through the night.

Fantastic modern hotel in great location in Centre. Amazing breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for the great staff. I think it was Gina that looked after breakfast service each morning and by mid week she was bringing our regular coffees as we sat down - she was Amazing.

A minor point but the hotel offers a spa area with hot tub and the hot tub didn’t look or feel particularly clean , the water was very cloudy ( and a bit smelly) . As a hot tub owner I know it can be hard to maintain good water quality and I imagine even harder with the higher use of a commercial establishment.

Weird system to use the sauna. Have to book a 40 minute session for private use only which really limits how the facility can be used. Not clear on how far in advance this could be booked and the 'rules' changed whilst there. Over a weeks stay managed to get 2 sessions in the sauna but not necessarily at the times we would have chosen. It is big enough for multiple people so don't understand why isn't just open for all hotel guests. After all it is a 20 room hotel so wouldn't be over whelmed.

Everything, but especially the atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms (at least on the 3rd floor) are quiet and private. We rented a room with a jacuzzi on the balcany, which was the best idea ever for seven days of a skiing ⛷️ holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Souze D'Oulx.

Nothing.....The breakfast and the restaurant is not outstanding as the rest of the hotel, but we would not complain about it, though.

Nice breakfast. It was very nice to have a private Jacuzzi on the terrace.

There was no air conditioning and when we arrived it was quite hot, luckly a thunderstorm refreshed the air. We were in the suite room, on the roof. When it rains, it is impossible to sleep because of the noise of the rain on the roof (it feels like sleeping under a waterfall).

- One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The turn down service was amazing and it was so nice to get back to a clean and cosy room after a long day skiing. - Great location near the centre of town. You get a lift up to the ski lift every morning. We recommend going to Sportinia then skiing back down to Clotes which is a short walk back down hill to the hotel. - Very comfy beds and room, had the feeling of being in a ski chalet. - Great to get breakfast included in the price of the room, there was a good selection which set us up well for the day. - Very friendly staff who were always on hand to help.

- Some nights you could hear music quite loudly from the town but I think this would be the case for any hotel. If you pop to the pharmacy next door you can buy some ear buds which did the trick.

I booked a week's stay at the hotel in a suite , plans then changed twice, this resulted in us staying in a nearby hotel on the first night. We moved to the Du Parc hotel on day 2 into a double room . We thought 3 rooms in 3 nights was going to be a nightmare however the staff at the Du Parc hotel were amazing and we managed to go straight into a freshly cleaned room at 8.30am on day 2 . Day 3 the hotel moved our bags from the double room to the suite whilst we were skiing , fantastic service. The hotel is lovely, staff all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good plenty of choice, nice coffees freshly made at the bar. In the evening the pizzas are very tasty. Ski hire shop across the road. Free mini bus to the slopes in the morning. Heated boot room .

If you are staying here for skiing you can walk to clotes technically a short walk but it's uphill on cobbled streets in ski boots. Sauze d'Oulx used to have quite a good free bus service from the slopes to the town, the service now is very limited and is a crowded 15 seat mini bus that runs very infrequently. It would be good if the hotel could pick up from the slopes as well as drop off in the morning . It can be noisy outside from the Hotel Derby opposite which sometimes has live music, bring ear plugs!

The staff were delightful, so warm and helpful. Any query was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Every morning one of the three main members of staff drove us to the ski lift, even going as far as to drive us a little further to a different ski lift to avoid long queues. The hotel is kept in immaculate condition, with our room being thoroughly cleaned and replenished during our skiing hours. The spa area was always in super condition too, with the jacuzzi and sauna cleaned thoroughly daily. The breakfast every morning was superb, the perfect way to fuel up for a long day of skiing. Two members of our group of three had slight dietary requirements ;soy over regular milk and the other being celiac, and the staff every morning always brought soy milk to the table while ensuring the gluten free options were abundant.

The only thing that was disappointing that we never ate dinner at the hotel, the pizzas looked incredible; freshly made and cooked in a wood fried oven.

Warm, spotlessly clean rooms, staff were great couldn’t do enough for you. Magda on check in friendly and gave some great advice, Annette was lovely and the lady who served us at breakfast every morning was a star, sorry I don’t know her name but after day 2 as soon as we were seated she would be ready with a tea. ☕️ 👌🏼 Breakfast good, restaurant at night good.👍🏼 Couldn’t fault it.😊
