Great breakfast - hot and cold food options and gluten free options too. Great location and a free transfer minibus to the ski lift. The staff were amazing - so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay again when we are next in Sauze.

Spa facilities are only available for private sessions and need to be booked in advance which isn’t clear from the description. Good idea in principle as having the spa to yourself is great, but it was difficult to book a slot during our stay - we only managed to get one 40 min session in a 4 night stay. Sauna was excellent - jacuzzi needed a good clean though.

Stranded near Italian border for a night and so glad I was in the end. “Treated” myself to a night in what I would say was the fanciest hotel I’ve stayed in. Tho it was only £60 !! The mountain top village is cute. Safe. Beautiful views. Reception was so kind and welcoming. Had a steam room as soon as arrived. Such peaceful room and deep 10 hours sleep. The breakfast tho… WOW!! Absolutely incredible. So much choice. And the coffees were made to order with love. Best coffee I had all holiday. Thanks guys.

The room was so hot. The room thermostat has been deactivated so adjusting that on night 1 didn’t help, made worse but the drunk brits on tour when i opened the door. Night two featured drums from outside and in the morning, when asked, the receptionist informed us that they could adjust the temperature there. The room was bearable ten and we finally slept through the night.

Fantastic modern hotel in great location in Centre. Amazing breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for the great staff. I think it was Gina that looked after breakfast service each morning and by mid week she was bringing our regular coffees as we sat down - she was Amazing.

A minor point but the hotel offers a spa area with hot tub and the hot tub didn’t look or feel particularly clean , the water was very cloudy ( and a bit smelly) . As a hot tub owner I know it can be hard to maintain good water quality and I imagine even harder with the higher use of a commercial establishment.

Weird system to use the sauna. Have to book a 40 minute session for private use only which really limits how the facility can be used. Not clear on how far in advance this could be booked and the 'rules' changed whilst there. Over a weeks stay managed to get 2 sessions in the sauna but not necessarily at the times we would have chosen. It is big enough for multiple people so don't understand why isn't just open for all hotel guests. After all it is a 20 room hotel so wouldn't be over whelmed.

Everything, but especially the atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms (at least on the 3rd floor) are quiet and private. We rented a room with a jacuzzi on the balcany, which was the best idea ever for seven days of a skiing ⛷️ holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Souze D'Oulx.

Nothing.....The breakfast and the restaurant is not outstanding as the rest of the hotel, but we would not complain about it, though.

Nice breakfast. It was very nice to have a private Jacuzzi on the terrace.

There was no air conditioning and when we arrived it was quite hot, luckly a thunderstorm refreshed the air. We were in the suite room, on the roof. When it rains, it is impossible to sleep because of the noise of the rain on the roof (it feels like sleeping under a waterfall).

Very nice, clean and comfortable room with comfortable beds. Amazing location high in the mountain. Parking available (you have to pay). Very friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent food for dinner in the restaurant. We only stayed for 1 night but would gladly stay for longer if we ever visit the area again.

Warm, spotlessly clean rooms, staff were great couldn’t do enough for you. Magda on check in friendly and gave some great advice, Annette was lovely and the lady who served us at breakfast every morning was a star, sorry I don’t know her name but after day 2 as soon as we were seated she would be ready with a tea. ☕️ 👌🏼 Breakfast good, restaurant at night good.👍🏼 Couldn’t fault it.😊

Ran out of hot water for post ski showers on a couple of occasions ( 6.30 pm ) when showers hot they were very good Bath robes for the room / jacuzzi would have been appreciated
