The location of the hotel is perfect. The bed was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was great. We paid 497 euros for 6 nights which was the perfect price. Also the views are amazing.

The property doesn't seem like a 4* hotel. There is no fridge, no information in the room about anything, no room service, no kettle, just the basic soap, shower gel and shower cap. Not even a bottle of water. There wasn't enough parking spaces and often we had to park on the road. The spa is external and 18 euros for each guest, then charge for use of towels etc. I booked in for a massage but when I arrived the at spa was locked as the staff had an issue with the key, so no massage for me.

The location was very beautiful. The breakfast was tasty and we had a lot of choices. The rooms were clean.

The hotel was ok but it felt like it had 4 stars a few years ago. It didn't look like a 4 star hotel in 2024 sadly. Although it was clean, it wasn't what we expected on the interior. The window in the room was locked by the key. And we didn't got a room with a mountain view, more like with a hill view, although on Booking it said that it is a room with a mountain view

Breakfast and dinner were great. The bed was comfy. Shuttle service was handy. Ski hire attached to the hotel was very useful. Great to have a pool table.

Long queues for the shuttle on some days. No late checkout available or shower for when coming off the slopes and travelling the same day. Kids didn’t like the dinner on a lot of the days as there wasn’t anything plain or particularly good for fussy children. Some plain burgers, sausages, pizza, nuggets etc would have been great.

This is not luxurious at all. But it serves a purpose. Clean and comfortable rooms, hot showers all the time, a bath for the teenagers, a good breakfast, nice staff and a van to take you to the quieter lift. Well located in the village for apres too. It’s simple and effective for 5 days of snowboarding.

The lifts are a nightmare

Met beautiful Alexia (unsure of the correct spelling) at reception when checked in. She was super friendly and welcoming, what a total change of experience from the previous hotel in Sestriere. Room was great but a bit warm even at 1500 m altitude (blame the warm weather rather) The hotel interior design reminds me of Hotel Bayview Beach Resort in Penang, Malaysia, just without the sea and pools but the mountains ;-) Breakfast was varied, had a table overlooking the mountains...beautiful. Happy lovely young breakfast staff, ready to help with big smile ;-) The management should be proud of the staff ;-))

Marked down due to No WIFI in my room on the 6th floor. I read other reviews, seems like WIFI is a major weakness, pity. However it works well in the lobby.

Staff really friendly and location. Sleeping in the tower was fun and quite an experience. The view from the room was excellent and breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Car park was very small for the size of the hotel. The spa and pool additional charges makes it for quite an expensive stay for a family . The whole place could do with a light refurb.

Location, price, simple and clean. Amazing breakfast!!

The card machines weren’t working so they made us walk into town for cash which worked out a lot more expensive. No idea why they couldn’t have charged the credit card we used for the deposit later when the machines were working again

the room was nice, bed comfortable. Breakfast was great, a complete choice at the buffet. Nice and a good exercise to go up and down the spiral passage.

when i booked the room, an indoor swimming pool was advertized. as a matter of fact, the swimming pool is outside the hotel in a completely different and separate structure (that you have to pay for)

Everything was good. The hotel is so beautiful the bar tender is great we loved the drinks. The hall way is so cute professional staffing worth the price.

the breakfast. I wouldn't recommend paying for breakfast there. No fresh breakfast all store bought and made. Can't open the windows

We don't have too many complaints, everything was good except for the excessive heating in the rooms (which cannot be turned off) which made it difficult for us to sleep and made us feel dehydrated
