Great price/quality ratio. Really spacious - it was a surprise for us. Location is super central - bars and rental places are just hand reached. It has an elevator, so it was easy to go up and down with equipment.

If you are a light sleeper - this place is not for you. The music from dawnstairs restaurant was banging each night until 02:00 every night. Kitchen is very basic - if added more utensils, microwave it would be great.

It was in a great location in the centre of Sauze, close to lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. Clotes lift is a short walk uphill. Our apartment was very spacious and could fit up to 5 people. The bedrooms were warm at night and the noise of the surrounding bars was not too much.

The bathroom was not amazingly clean, and the sink kept leaking. Toilet paper and bin bags were not provided, which would have been good to know before arrival so we could purchase them before we were on the mountain. The listing on the website says that there is ski storage. However, we were told we should keep our skis in our rooms; this meant that the stairs and floors of the building were quite dirty from everyone treading through in their kit. We paid for the ski storage under Clotes lift to avoid the uphill walk in our boots.

The location was excellent and the bedroom was large. Staff was helpful and it was easy to enter and leave. Also the elevator was very useful for moving bags.

There was no onsite parking, which is fine but I messaged the property about that and received no answer. I had to find my own parking. It would have been useful to understand where to park before arriving. The beds were not made up. For some reason, both bedside lockers were on one side of the room instead of one on each side of the bed. One pillow was soft and the other was firm. The arm chair in the living room had one of the arms worn off at the end. The apartment felt more like a student apartment than a holiday ski apartment. There is no wifi as far as I'm aware but mobile signal was good in the area.

The staff are great, poor Dennis has a horrible job of trying to placate disgruntled customers who are unhappy with their accommodation. We were without heating and he got a plumber round straight away.

The main hallway stinks of bins, the shower was pathetic, the apartment wasn't very clean, it had the last peoples rubbish still in the kitchen. The blankets provided were smelly.

Staff seldom available and long delay fixing problems- smell, boiler replacement for hot water and cooker kept tripping out. Not booking of choice but best at last moment when Booking.com mucked up our 10 month arrangement requiring an alternative within a couple of weeks of the holiday when everything else already paid for. This is a low budget accommodation with everything looking tired and, in the case of the table, shaky. We had to make self adjustments to the table and toilet seat. No cleaning or towel renew services provided. Limited staff on duty meant unable to raise problems locally. Texted owner in different country who took days to reply and local staff another day to follow up. Was only when spoke to a second member of staff who actually responded and quickly with tradesman to attend bad smell and complete new boiler in kitchen for hot water. On last day the cooker constantly tripped the electrics and was unable to use. Location is central to restaurants bars and a few shops. Stiff uphill walk to chairlift. Unfortunately, the loud music and revelry from the bars continues non stop to after midnight and the customers continue to give everyone else the benefit of their singing and shouting for a further 2 hours or more. Skiing was good the further up the mountain you went but crowded and icy at the lower slopes.

Terrible and horrible, don't go near it. Everything is not good except that the man at the reception was very nice.
