Breakfast was very good- everyone was very friendly and helpful it was great value for money and the location of the ski rental shop at the foot of the chairlift was excellent and they offered overnight storage so no need to carry skiis back and forth.

The menu at the hotel for dinner wasn't very appealing so we didn't eat there at night

Room was clean and comfortable. A good size with a large balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a nice seating area and dining room. Only a short walk to the ski lifts and cafe bars.

The small entrance to the shower as anyone of a certain size wouldn't be able to get in. No hot food for breakfast. Only had one evening meal which was cold so didn't go back again.

Nice friendly staff , lovely room and a decent evening meal ,although from a small menu ,a good selection for breakfast also a bar available for drinks..

I arrived 1st week in June no other restaurants or bars where open around it is a ski resort so probably expected

Lovely family run hotel in quiet village. Clean rooms - cozy for a family of 4 but we expected this. Plenty of hot water - needed after a day on the slopes. Friendly staff. Useful storage room downstairs to keep skis and boots. Village of Borgata is lovely and quaint and a great location for accessing the slopes which good chairlifts from the village.

The village is lovely and quiet - although limited options for eating out in evening. It would be useful to know in advance about where to buy lift passes / hire equipment from as this can all be done in Borgata. We made the mistake of hiring kit in Sestriere which is a 5 min drive (20 Euro taxi ride).

Food was great.

Felt a bit dingy and it was a shame that the member of staff that was supposed to do breakfast overslept. this set us back an hour as we were on a bike trip.

Clean, but basic room. Comfortable beds, good shower although very small. Clean Hotel. Reasonable breakfast with excellent coffee. Evening meal in restaurant was good quality and reasonably priced. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for lifts , very quiet village.

It would have been nice to be able to shower after the last days skiing before heading to airport, but this is not something to be universally expected. They kept the luggage safe during the day, but we had to change in the communal bathroom before heading off.

The dinner was excellent.

The room was very cold. I have to covered myself with everything what i found in the room.
