Property was in great location, great design, beautiful flat, lots of space.

We liked everything about the property. What we did not like is lack of communication, lack of customer service. We were not sent instructions how to get in until after our first night. Luckily we found the ABC group office just before they closed at 5pm ish. A lady there sent us to some other place to get a key, without explaining where the flat was. Non responsive communication, same at check out. Luckily we did not have any issues with the flat, so did not have to liaise with them too much.

The decor was warm (all wood finishes) and cosy. It was spacious and well equipped. Location was perfect right in centre of the town and given we came by train we didn’t have to worry about parking. The staff at the reception are very nice and patient- thank you!

The heating was difficult to manage - the apartment was either too hot or too cold. Often rented properties don’t provide instructions about how the thermostats work - it’s very frustrating. It would be great if the basic food essentials were provided I.e. sugar, salt, cooking oil, coffee and tea..

A fabulous clean and spacious apartment in a great location right in the centre of the old town. The cooking facikities were great and it had a lovely big dining table. Check was really quick and there was a ski hire shop right underneath it.

The only negatives were that there was nowhere to dry our ski gear. Luckily we had good weather, so this wasn't a problem. Also, the only mirror was in the bathroom which got steamed up! It was a but of a walk up a steep hill to the chair lift, so we paid for ski storage.

Has a very Italian feel about it. 6-7 mins from the centre (uphill).

It wasn’t cleaned fully when we arrived. Electrical wire had tape around it. Shower held in by a shoe lace. We were sent a photo of the property just after booking but it was the same one we were allocated.

Great location next to the chair lift! Modern and comfortable apartment, I would definitely recommend.

Only 2 tiny tiny negatives, the apartment bedrooms could do with some hooks on the back of the doors or walls for hanging ski jackets/salopettes/ robes etc. The kitchen facilities were very good but if you were planning to eat in and cook every night, a bigger frying/ sauté pan and spatulas would be the icing on the cake. Great place!

Location was amazing off the main square. Appartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

The wood in the apartments. Our group kept getting wood splinters in their fingers, legs, toes, feet. We had 3 appartments between the three families and we all had the same problem.

The kitchen is not stocked properly. There are no lids for the pots. There are no wine glasses. And it would be nice if there were more than one knife per person. Maybe just 4 ekstra of each thing, maybe even just 2.

Location of the property was very central and close to all amenities and it was particularly easy to access the main ski lifts in Sauze. The apartment was very modern with great faculties, comfy beds and lots of room whilst the kitchen had all the utensils we needed for catering. There is a great ski hire shop directly under the property (Clataud Sport) which was good value for money and a supermarket just around the corner that had all the essentials for a self catering stay.

The central location whilst convenient also meant it was close to a lot of the bars which have very loud music playing outside (every night of our 4 night stay) from 16:00 - 19:00 so it's hard to get any rest during these hours. It's not a problem if you're up for partying but could be an issue with a young family. The proximity to the bars also meant some disruption late at night as people make their way back to hotels. Also a kettle would be a nice addition (something I know very few Italian apartments offer) and I did miss having radiators in the bathroom to help dry wet ski clothing but as the apartment has under floor heating it was perfectly warm all the time.

We really liked the appartment & its location. It is not far 2 main lifts to skiing resorts, near restaurants. Clean, comfortable, kitchen with various amenities, a lot of space. The staff was very helpful and friendly. So it is very good & recommended for people who arrive to enjoy winter sports.

Bedroom was cold, window does not close completely. There is no washing mashine and water in boiler ends very fast, so if you’re a group of adults of 5+ people it is kinda dificult to shower comfortably. Also there is a window between bedroom and second room, so you don’t have enough privacy. And the walls are very thin, so you can hear neighbours talking, listening to music, etc.

Location was great, very peaceful area. The reception was closed when I arrived so I did have to wait a couple of hour with my suitcase on the street!

A coded entry system with the key in a secured coded box. It appeared the apartment was very close to Hotel K2 where my friends were staying when actually that was just the office… a bit misleading!
