- great location, right next ti the slopes - great food, both classics like pizza and fried food, but also real nice Italian food like bresoala, vitello tonnato etc. Always nice deserts as well - really nice staff, always friendly and helpful - on-site ski rental and ski pass purchase. Very convenient - Clean room and daily cleaning All in all a real good experience. The hotel might seem a bit old in some senses, but overall real nice stay. The staff is nice, food is good and location is great!

Close to ski lift, Kids facilities were fantastic. There was 4 families of us we are used to luxury holidays, after reading the very negative reviews we expected here to be awful. You get what you pay for it’s not expensive 1500 for 5 days family of 4. If you want luxury expect to pay double or triple but for value there is nothing wrong with this property. We asked for extra pillows which was no problem. We spent very little time in apartment. You are either out skiing or having dinner or sleeping . Our kids from 8 to 14 loved the games at 5pm & the theatre at 9.30. The older teens loved the apres ski bar across the road. The bar had good quick snacks & crepes which my younger 2 loved.

Wish there was ski storage closer to front door that would make life easier. Would love to pay a premium to be closer to reception. We were in block B and it was too far for us. Also wasn’t aware that cleaning & towels was something we had to pay for would of happily paid at the start had we known.

Great location, right next to the slope. Very friendly staff, apartment was clean and very warm, around 25C. Was bit afraid of the kitchenette as I read the reviews before arriving. But I was pleasantly surprised- there was everything you need. Just ask for locker keys at reception. As a mom of 3 kids I was more than happy to leave my littles in Kids club. The staff were very friendly.

Swimming pool very poor and doesn't look appealing. Moreover it was expensive, 14€ pp.

How close it was to the chair lift

Couldn’t use the pool without additional cost, the beds were very basic, there was a heater on all day and night in the corridor that was loud and meant getting to sleep was difficult, the hob was not clean and made a bad smell in the room so couldn’t be used, window from main room into corridor where lights were on constantly, for the money spent on this hotel very disappointing

Spacious rooms (compared to French standards), basic but good "sports"-hotel. Reasonably equiped kitchen. Personel at reception extremely friendly and helpful. Garage right under the apartment at extra cost but worth it (especially since it was snowing the whole week). Great skiing area. Small shower but great water temperature at all times !

The place is in need of maintenance and cleaning could be more thorough. Make sure to read through the "small letters" so you know what is included and what not (swimming pool, fitness, garage,... = at extra cost).

The ski area was accessible by crossing the road in front of our building. The bar in the hotel was always lively and the staff friendly and helpful. Being able to get takeaway pizza and limited other food delivered to the bar was useful on a few occasions.

The room was quite noisy in the mornings as we were very close to the ski locker. There were only 2 tumblers to use as glasses between 3 in our appartment.

We booked only apartment and didn’t have breakfast option. The pool and gym need to pay extra. The apartment has kitchen and all you need to prepare your dinner. Everything was very clean and new. We had really comfortable stay. Would book again in the future.

No cleaning during the stay ok but at least garbage can be taken by cleaners.

A bit overpriced for 2 bedroom apartment. The meal options in the hotel were also a bit pricey.

Location very convenient, rooms clean with access to the kitchenette. Indoor playground for small children. Nice staff.

Small swimming pool and price 14e pp. Towels weren't changed even once for 5 days stay.
