Elena was lovely. She made us very welcome and was really helpful, even before we got there. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Even down to helping us order a takeaway in the evening when we couldn't get food anywhere and couldn't speak the language on the phone. She was a gem and would be my main reason for returning.

I would've liked 2 separate bedrooms rather than a bed in the living room, but that wasn't an option at the time of booking, so that couldn't be helped. Elena put a double bed in the living room for us, so we weren't sleeping on a sofa bed. This was much better. There is no cleaning service, and with 4 adults sharing a small space for a week, it could've done with a sweep. Especially with all the salt on the floor from the ice outside. We did a good job of keeping it tidy, but it would've been nice not to have to when you're on holiday.

Good location, a touch far from the lifts but had shops to walk past. Spacious and clean apartment

Had to leave kitchen spotless unless fined 70e for it, but then had to go and buy cleaning supplies in order to do so. One very small bin for the apartment was a bit annoying too. With the cleaning fee, it should be included in the price of the stay, even if you have to put total for stay 1300e (1200 payable on card now then 100 upon arrival). A bit annoying having to pay a sum then we had to drop another 100e on arrival

Great location, just 5 mins walk into town. Though the apartment was quite basic it was clean and very good value for money. Our host Elena was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Use of a washing machine would have been good. There was a bit of noise from other apartments but nothing too bad and I don’t think this could have been helped.

Elena the host was very welcoming and helpful, some things were missing from our apartment and she provided them with no issues (although we would have preferred not to ask). The apartment itself was stunning, with views of the mountains and perfect for a group of friends like us

little privacy in the rooms (we enjoyed the conviviality, but some might not like) we didn't find some amenities as listed on booking (eg hair dryer, coffee machine, etc)

The place is great, we had a spacious apartment for 5 people, sufficient space and closets for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host Elena is amazing, she is always available to help with any issues.

Location was excellent; close to the restaurants, bars, ski gear places etc. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will look to stay again if we're back in Sestriere.

Wifi wasn't great.

Elena, the host, was excellent at communicating before and during our stay. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and clean. Once we left our skis at the rental company’s (Marcellin, also highly recommend!) on-piste storage, it was a short walk through Sestriere back to Chalet Edelweiss. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to couples, friends & families alike!

The room was very warm but the heat is adjustable so we were easily able to turn it off & was not a problem :)

Impressive building and spacious chalet apartment.

Basics missing such as salt, pepper, sugar and oil. No Tea Towel either.

The apartment is amazing and spacious…it was warm and comfortable, we had more than enough space for our group of 7 people. We had picturesque views from our balcony… The location is great, less than 10minutes walk into the centre and around 15min for the ski resort… But I feel the best part about our stay was the amazing and most helpful and welcoming host Elena… We will definitely want to come back again…
