The location of the hotel is very good. Not too far from slopes nor the town. Few minutes by foot. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Coffe was very good. Selection of food is great and especially fresh fruits table was great.

I don't think it is fair to mention, but parking suffered a great pile of snow and clearing that took many days even though car owners were also digging in. Probably not even hotel responsibilities, but did make a note on my books on the trip. Hotel had not prepared the room for 2 sigle beds as was reserved, but did make the change when requested, after one night.

Location is great, breakfest was good, the room was regularly cleaned. We rented ski gear and bought ski pass at the hotel, which was very convenient. Everyone from staff were polite and helpfull to us!

The matrres should be replaced asap, its very worn out, and I specified the queen bed, but we’ve got two seperated beds, I guess they just move them close together. The hotel seems very popular with student and school trips. So there were a lot kids running and screaming in the hallway and messing up the elevator, sound isolation isn’t the best.

The hotel offered overall a good quality stay. The room was cozy and very warm. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Breakfast is buffet and is included and it offeres many options with very good quality food as well as barista made coffee. In the evening there are always events at the theatre such as variety show, comedy show, children's club/entertainment. There's a bar and a disco too. There's also a sauna available, you book your 30 mins slot and you can enjoy the sauna all for yourself. There's also the possibility to do a 25 mins massage which is very good too. There's a relax room next to the sauna which is shared with other guests where you can enjoy some good relaxing music and drink some hot tea. The hotel is very close to the slopes, you can literally ski to the hotel. There's a ski room where you can rent skis and ski lockers.

After a day out in the cold skiing you can't wait to go back to your room for a nice hot and relaxing shower however the shower appeared very old, the water stream was very weak and the water was either boiling hot or very cold. Occasionally it would reach the right temperature for only for a short time. This wasn't nice at all. Sauna: they give you a towel (not robes) but no slippers. The sauna's relaxing room has sunbeds with matresses. these were often sweaty from previous customers which wasn't nice.

Good hotel, we went in March and the view from the room was great. Good shower and nice staff. Breakfast with a lot of variety and very tasty

They serve a buffet dinner at the hotel that costs 35 euro, but the food wasn’t the best for the price.

Location, room, and dinners are all very good except the staff at the ski counters were so unhelpful.

The ski facility staff should provide full information about the materials rental procedures so that the guests can feel convenience in renting the materials from them.

Location is great for skiing, right on the slopes. An uphill but decent 10 min walk into town. Easy parking outside the hotel.

Sound travels through the walls, floors, etc and disco until late is very noisy. The most basic facilities, beds and rooms are functional but at end of life. Breakfast buffet is a bit hit and miss with no real organisation or variation.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean, very near the ski runs. It was good value for money. We were aware it is not a 5 star hotel but the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet offered a good choice.

Easy check in with very close free parking, nice atmosphere, excellent buffet breakfast.

The rooms were too warm! And we couldn't turn the radiator down, so had to open the window which then chilled the room too much. Suggest that the radiators are more controllable! Otherwise nothing not to like.

it’s clean, great staff. good communal areas to chill see the show or have a drink in the evening. close to ski lifts and ticket office. kids entertainment is good, kids loved it.

expensive ski rental, ended up renting from close by rentals. breakfast is ok but same everyday could be more hot options. dinner a little too expensive we thought for what you get. only had it once due to price. kids price it’s not so bad but adults we think a little overpriced.
