Small property in the centre of the old town , plenty of very good restaurants around and bars . The breakfast was excellent a good choice and served till 10 am . Rooms were cleaned daily , cozy traditional . Ski storage at the property although we hired a locker at the lift which is a 10 minute walk from the chalet . Ski hire is available at a local store for a 20% discount . Restaurant underneath the chalet is exceptional and discount is available for staying at the chalet .

We traveled with a dog and the staff were immediately welcoming to him, offering treats and poop bags! They were incredibly helpful with local tips and making us feel comfortable in the common areas.

Our only complaint would be the lack of a social room. The photos look like there would be somewhere to hangout, but in fact this was just the lobby entrance. Also, for us early risers keen on skiing, it would be great to have an earlier breakfast start time than 8am, because it feels quite rushed to make first lift or coordinate transfers to other ski lifts.

Beautiful chalet The staff on the desk and at breakfast are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast options: fresh croissants/bread, yogurt, cereal, freshly ground coffee however you like it, meats, cheeses. Spot on.

It's a shame the spa/sauna isn't running anymore.

Breakfast was lovely and the coffee was superb. All of the staff were fantastic. Location is perfect.

The walls between each room are too thin, meaning you can hear other guests at times. Showers could be larger/modernised.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. Food on offer was generous and tasty, lots of different options. The location is fantastic, only 400m from Clotes ski lift. Plenty of choice of bats and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Convenience store nearby selling all other essentials. Room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable and cosy. Had a decent balcony, large comfy bed and TV with loads of channels (some available in English).

The only downside was that there was a wine bar beneath us and on Friday night a DJ played until 8pm. This wasn't too disturbing, but loud guests stayed until 10pm when the bar closed presumably.

Everything was perfect! It was a last minute reservation as we changed our plans for the weekend and it happened to be the best decision ever! The best mountain resort! Marco at the bar was super and recommended great places to visit.

It was in the old part of town and was like a winter wonderland. beautiful Chalet with lovely decor and amazing features.

I would’ve liked a kettle in the room for tea/coffee but the staff were amazing and let us have hot water from behind the bar for a cuppa. When I booked the hotel I booked it because it was a spa with a hot tub etc but after I booked it that became unavailable.

Extremely cozy and warm, very close to shops, restaurants, and ski lifts, all within walking distance.

The wifi was a little inconsistent with some apps, some apps do not load at all while others are working normally.

Super friendly hosts, comfortable bed, clean room and shared bathroom, great breakfast, amazing views.

The drive up was not for the faint of heart, but worth it for the views! I would also recommend the host add a mirror in the room so I could do hair/makeup in the room and not hog the bathroom.

I love the charm of the property and the staff. I wanted a white Christmas in a log cabin. There wasn’t any snow but I will stay at the Chalet Faure again!
