Location was across from the train tracks, and usually not the best location, but walkable to the old town. And the employee who checked us in was absolutely helpful in every way and went out of his way to accommodate us. We were able to park along side the building and manage our bags and children without needing to walk a distance to our car.

The hotel is centrally located right opposite the railway station. I has stayed here once before so knew what to expect. The owner/manager is very friendly and helpful and speaks decent English (better than my Italian!). He made us feel very welcome and also rustled up a very good (and cheap) cappucino in the bar when we returned from our evening meal. The room was spacious, the bathroom impeccably clean and the view out to the mountains behind the hotel was lovely when we woke up. All in all. definitely recommended for an overnight (or possibly slightly longer?) stay.

Unforunately the coffee machine at breakfast produced some of the worst-tasting coffee I have ever had the misfortune to drink! Perhaps it was on an "off" day - but if not, it might be worth looking at this aspect of an otherwise very good breakfast.

Although it’s an older property, it is very comfortable and well maintained. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, with a large comfy bed, and large windows overlooking mountains and the train station. There was some traffic noise, even through the night, but with windows closed it was no problem. Owner and his staff are very sweet - and speak English. Would love to return.

Great location just next to the train station. We stayed in a spacious room with a balcony, with view on the mountains. There was a bathtub in the bathroom, which was great in the rainy weather.

Wonderful hospitality and great location! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Restaurant recommendation was fabulous. Our room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. Fantastic hotel.

Friendly welcome from the owner who speaks excellent English, shamefully my Italian is so poor. Good location for town and nice secure parking for the Vespa.

Great comfortable room at the back with balcony. Garaged parking for the motorbikes. Good breakfast and within walking distance for many restaurants in Susa. Friendly owners.
