This is a hotel at the foot of the big cols in the Alps. The whole hotel has a motorbike and bicycle theme throughout. It has fantastic underground parking for motorbikes and cycles. Superb decor throughout and our room was super comfortable and had a large balcony with seating area. Good quality bedding and towels. The reception area was quirky with a Ducati in the window and we were welcomed warmly by the staff. Breakfast was included which was a bonus!

We liked everything!

The facility is great, it has a big garage for motorbikes and the interior is very charming. Breakfast is extraordinary for Italy, with a big variety of foods and excellent coffee. Staff is super friendly and welcoming

The rooms are a bit dated but for a few nights more than enough. the facility did not provide food and you need to go to town for a meal, but it is within walking distance

Wow what a gem for Motorcycle Riders. Underground parking and cleaning facilities. It has it all including Laundry room. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Staff was very welcoming, our bicycles had the best night in the deluxe garage, best of it all was the breakfast: a lot of choice and served from 6.30am! The hotel is central and we strongly recommend it to any cyclists passing through.

The Motorbike Therme

The used glass bottles (supposed to be clean and recycled) were very stinky and didn’t smell clean at all… just put 2 glass/hard plastic cups in the bathroom, since cardboard cups won’t save the world either

Everything. Location, on site bar, staff very friendly. Loved this place as we were bike packing and this hotel is very well set up for bikes with an enormous area in the basement for motor and push bikes with cleaning and servicing facilities. Breakfast was great.

There is nothing I can say that is bad about this place.

Reception staff and breakfast staff were excellent. Extremely helpful I all areas. I am English and my Italian language is poor. This didn’t prevent the staff at all. They went over and above what I would expect. A great attitude from all the employees I cam in contact with. Rooms were very clean, great bathroom facilities. As for the cycle storage, lock up which was very secure. However the laminate wood floor for bikes and motorbikes is a first. The best garage floor I’ve seen.

This has got to be one of the coolest biker/cyclist hotels, the parking are in the basement is awesome, there’s lockers for you helmet, rails and hangers for you gear and even a washbay and small workbench if needed. The bike / bicycle inspired decor in the hotel is really and nice and it has a real family feel to the place.

Good Location for Bikers in the heart of Susa. Young and highly motivated team helped to find a tire shop. Thanks Patricia for the right address. Roberto changed the flat tire and „rescued“ the vacation !

Everything was great, the parking for my motorbike, the guys on reception were very friendly and helpful, they recommended a restaurant which was great. The staff at breakfast again were very pleasant and helpful.

The length of time we'll have to wait to come back to Hotel Napoleon Susa.
