Great location for long summer hikes directly from the hotel or within a short drive. We really enjoyed eating on the balcony with a great view. The hotel is maximum value for money with a sauna, underground parking, additional kitchenware like fondue pot for free.

We absolutely loved everything about Les Balcons Le Haut. The location is amazing...access from door onto nursery slope which then connects to main lift. Facilities are great, apartment lovely and cosy and warm. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return. Thank you..

The staff and location were perfect. The common areas were pretty. The ski store was very handy

A shower curtain would be nice. The cleaning fee was expensive especially as it does not include the kitchen area.

The location, just a few hundred meters from the slopes of Val-Cenis, is perfect. Nice and helpful staff. Not very fancy but nice enough and at a great price.

Great location top of the baby slope so can ski straight to lift in morning and use for sledging in the evening. Quiet. Good sauna. Helpful staff.

The location of the property is at the edge of the village with a lift right at the door step which is pretty convenient. The hotel has a ski locker. Kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, can openers etc.

Rooms are fairly basic. Household items like rubbish bags, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, etc. are not provided. No kettle in the room. Reception doesn’t work in the evening. Staff is somewhere between indifferent and rude at times.
