The staff were amazing, they were very responsive when I was updating them about my arrival time and kindly stayed a few minutes past the check-in time as I was running late, They had ready meals available for me to purchase, as it was a bit late to go out for a restaurant. The room/apartment had everything you need to cook, a space to relax and a good sized bed. The heating and hot water were quick once I worked them out and the separate bathroom and lavatory would be useful if you booked for two people. Breakfast was well provisioned and as an added bonus they let me keep my road bike in the room. It's not very cheap but it is as cheap as you'll find in the area and much better value for money than similarly priced alternatives.

Nothing bad really, it can be slightly out of the way so you need transport and perhaps bring some food with you to cook, but it is quite nice to be further out and they are well provisioned with snacks and food if you forget. Perhaps one improvement could be to add some instructions on how to operate the appliances and radiators etc to the welcome booklet, for those who are less familiar with them.

I have booked a room for my parents-in-law and my children. They reported me an excellent stay: room was clean, staff has been polite, breakfast satisfied their need. Also position was good as they were travelling from France to Italy passing through Moncenis.

Reception closed at 7 p.m. As a suggestion, I would extend it of a couple of hours. However, it must be said that self check-in is available and easy.

Nice welcome in a nice house at the end of the village, silent, rooms with good basic equipment. The host recommended a good restaurant and also arranged the reservation for us, so that we could enjoy our short stay.

Booking a balcony, with Mountain View, I had hoped for more view and less mountain, directly in front of my nose; since we were on ground floor, there was not much of a view. The sauna was only operating at office/reception hours which was too limiting so we could not use it.

Very tasty breakfast, nice staff, responsive to messages, late checkin arranged. Beautiful views.

The description could be clearer on the conditions of the extra cleaning charges and deposit. The arrangement is quite awkward for single night stays. The room was extremely echoey (probably no sound insulation in the drywall diving walls) so anyone turning in their bed woke everyone up.

The view was out of this world and was just beautiful and the apartment was very very clean. The people were also very accommodating and allowed us borrow an iron and ironing board . My only disappointment was the location. There was no shop near this apartment and we had to do approx. an 8 minute drive to get one.

I really liked everything except the fact that there was no shop close by.

Very spacious apartment, only being on my own But enough space for four people Receptionist went out of her way to accommodate me she was an absolute star five stars to her.

Good location , quite ,clean everything that one needs. I’ll imagine it’s a good skiing venue.

I only needed to stay one night, but I would definitely consider staying again if I visited the area in the future. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The situation, easy to find. Accommodated our early arrival. Easy instructions. Staff were helpful and informative re walking in the area. We loved the sauna and the breakfast. Views were amazing.
