Very helpful and friendly staff. Great room, maybe because it was also meant for people in a wheelchair so I can't judge other rooms. I enjoyed my stay there a lot. Nature around the village is absolutely astonishing.

Meals are somewhat lacking in choice. But what they offer is of good quality. Additionally maybe a supply issue. I missed croissants at breakfast which I found peculiar for a hotel in France. At the last day of my stay I was one of the first to enter the dining room to have breakfast, and they did provide croissants.

Warm welcoming in this comfy apartment. We had a beautiful view on the mountains and it was big enough for 4 people. The swimming pool was a nice bonus at the end of the day. The resort provides plenty of activities for families and we ended up the night with a fun karaoke night amongst other visitors.

The bathroom had a very strong sewage smell that didn't go away.... It was so bad that we tried to avoid the bathroom as much as possible... The breakfast was ok.

I was completely satisfied! I fell into a very friendly family atmosphere! They welcomed me late at night and I even got dinner from them too! We were able to communicate perfectly in English and understood each other. The quality of the breakfast is perfect and very plentiful! I highly recommend it for a romantic getaway, skiing and hiking. I would definitely like to go back! The neighborhood is beautiful!

The location is very picturesque

The layout of the hotel is all over the place however it is all there. The swimming pool is OK. Not sure the toilets should be in the same area were people are swimming. If you get there early there is no reception and no way of getting in as its not manned all the time so we had to wait around.

The rooms were sold as a hotel but there was no cleaning included which was disappointing for the money charged. The breakfast was poor in comparison to other places we visited on our trip

I had to check in my self because the reception was not was not available when i arrived, and more than that they demanded we leave the room before 9.30, and denied to give us some more time (like 15 mins). I think it's unacceptable.

There was a pool

If you were not French speaking the staff had no interest in looking after us . The staff were the most disappointing part of the experience. They were verging on rude actually with the exception of the lovely bar man downstairs and the food for full board was very poor .
