I visited the complex end of the summer season 2022. Very good off season price. Spaceous app. Excellent mountain view from the large balcony. I would come again in off season.

The location and place were close to perfect. The lift right outside the house. The gondel 250 meter away. The apartment has everything to offer amenities concerning and it all works very well. Don't expect to be cooking dinner in 15 mins as there is no induction. Having a Coffee machine, toaster, water boiler and oven adds up value to the whole. We had a balcony facing the interior court and there was only sun in the morning. Not ideal when you ski at that time. Something to consider when making the booking. I definitely recommend this place.

It's a little small for 4 people. Receptionists can come over rude by not willing to understand the need but referring to policies.

A clean and comfortable apartment.

It took an hour and 45 minutes to check in for one night's accommodation! The steps to the chalets had not been cleared of ice and snow that had built up over time not just recent weather. I would not recommend due to the check in time.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, spacious, organized and clean apartment.

They ask for a deposit in case of damage to the apartment, check in is very late. Some apartments have difficult access to reception, there was not enough toilet paper for our stay, and they gave one more as a gift! carpet in bad condition, wifi had a bad signal, beds not comfortable, sheets and pillows of very poor quality, for all the requirements I expected the apartment to be in a better condition, which was not the case.

I arrived just after check in and it was near impossible to reach local staff. it was hard to find where I was actually staying. I had booked thinking the place was nicer than it was. even had to make our own beds, then had to take the sheets off in the morning as well. The bond was ridiculous, overall it was a disappointing stay with uncomfortable beds.

Broken chair toilet and shower. Late check in. Fridge froze food so not working cooker not working properly just sub standard to be honest and swimming pool cold and not on site

Everything really the staff made no effort to compensate for the wrong room and no apology. Would not go back. And am seeking compensation.
