If you don't have any credit card and are not able to accommodate while the reception is open, probably you won't be accommodated anyway. This information you get after you paid a reservation, which cannot be cancel. Be careful for that. The swimming pool closes at 19:00 ... it is quite early when you want to make all day hike.

Great pool and location and easy parking and slope access

Hard beds, a lot of faff to check in and leave for a 2 night stay

The flat was good value for money and meant that we could all have our own bedroom. The two bathrooms and separate toilet were fantastic as it made sharing so much easier. We liked the dishwasher and the view from the balcony. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed for self catering apart from a microwave. When there is enough snow, the location of the flat next to the slopes is excellent. The outdoor pool was amazing but it was frustrating that it was closed two days a week and on bank holidays.

The flat was very dated and we could often smell other people's cooking (which we think came in through vents in the wall from the corridor outside). Apart from my very first contact with reception staff (the lady was lovely) I found the staff to be rather cool and unsmiling. The outdoor pool was closed twice a week and on bank holidays. It was a long walk or short drive to the main gondola. Due to lack of snow at the lower level, the slope directly outside the flat was in poor condition and one could not get back to the main gondola without walking. Please be aware that there is an extra fee for sheets and towels.

View from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped. The girl named Lea at the reception was very helpful. The town was very cosy as well with nice restaurants and good cheese shops.

Cleanliness was poor as the hotel leaves the cleaning to the guests. As a guest you must clean your appartment, if the cleaning is not up to standard, you will be charged. There were hair in the bathroom and under the matress. The double bed was on a smaller side. The carpets were dusty, so the appartment is not recommended for people with allergies.

I really liked the swimming pool. After skiing you can relax. But the pool and sauna do not always work.

When checking into a hotel, I advise you to photograph all the shortcomings in the room, from the broken tiles in the bathroom to any defects. And be sure to point this out to the administrator. If you don’t do this, then you will have to pay all the deficiencies according to the prelist, even if you didn’t do this.
