We were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is just a short walk from the station and a short walk to the city centre and to the castle. The room was warm ,spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and user friendly. The continental breakfast was very satisfactory. Coffee making facilities were available in the room.

Given the coffee making facilities in the room a small bar fridge would have been a useful addition. A little more hanging space would also have been useful.

This is a very clean and comfortable budget hotel in a good location. Walking to the "Cite de Carcassonne" was quite easy. We had a lovely continental breakfast on our first morning, which set us up for a big day of walking. If you are looking for a nice light dinner the Sushi restaurant down from the hotel was very good. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with our luggage on arrival and getting us off to an extremely early start. For an extra cost the hotel has secure off street parking, which we took advantage of.

There was nothing we didn't like about this stay.

Excellent location, close to the main train station and airport shuttle drop-off. 10 minute walk into the main square, 25 minutes to the medieval city. Very clean, comfortable, with excellent air-conditioning and nice touches such as tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries which you don't normally expect for a 2 star hotel. Breakfast very good value for the cost, we booked it when we arrived.

No door on shower room which didn't bother us but might bother some guests.

Check in had no issues. Not crowded and the concierge got our bicycles into the garage right away even though it was raining. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very user friendly. Very simple yet stylish. The location is good being near the train station and the property is cycle friendly

Was concerned with arriving back at the hotel after dinner in the dark. One has to use a code to get in, and even though there were no issues, it felt a little scary, just us two women.

Very nice breakfast with croissants, coffee, juice, yogurth etc. Several rooms are in an annex across the street, while the breakfast and the reception is in the main building. The location is amazing, close to the station, to the (modern) city center and in walking distance to the medieval center.

Indeed, the hosts are a bit grumpy, but in the cultivated way they do it, it is more a feature of the hotel than a drawback.

Comfortable bed. All areas of the room and public areas are very clean. It's a great location for access to the station and the airport bus stop. When we asked to drop off our bags we were given access to our room as it was ready. Breakfast options were good and plentiful. We felt the security was very good.

The signs for the price of breakfast were out of date. It was still inexpensive so not a problem.

The hotel location is really good, not far from the city center and it's close to the castle too. The room was clean and comfortable, it had a cooler, tea and we can heat water also. Our room had been clean every day and moved out a trash every day. The breakfast was delicious and all people who work there was so friendly.

There is nothing that I can mention.

This hotel is located very close to the station. The reception and our room were in separate buildings, just across the street, so everything was close. The room was modest, even without a fridge, but overall everything worked well, Wi-Fi was quick. The room was quiet. The buffet breakfast was good. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, the staff members were friendly.

The room was nice, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was just amazing. Even though we did not speak french and they did not speak english, we could communicate. Room was clean and with a comfortable bed. As for breakfast ... so many choices that it was hard to decide what to have. I highly recommend to stay in this small hotel if you decide to visit Carcassonne.

We wanted to be near the station and this small hotel delivered much more than we expected. It’s owned and run by a friendly helpful family. It was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast selection was great. Owner went out of his way one night to get us into a small kitchen restaurant that ended up being one of the best meal experiences we’ve ever had.
